I have a Silver Bullet I bought recently and I bought an 18650 extension sleeve and a Kicked for it. With a 18500 and no sleeve the Kicked worked perfectly but with the 18650 and the Kicked in the sleeve it only worked sporadically. I finally noticed the Silver bullet tube was bare aluminum on the inside but the sleeve was anodized. I polished the inside of the sleeve with a fine grit rubber polishing tip on the jeweler's lathe and now the Kicked works perfect in it as well. The anodizing was just enough to make function iffy.
