Kick problems

So I think I kicked my Kick. I was not paying attention and put one of my Efest flat tops in backwards and tried to fire my Bolt. Obviously, it didn't fire and when I opened it up the Kick was pretty damn hot. (Note to self) Get some nipple top batteries and/or pay attention

I kicked my bolt its the same as sb and it perform well but comparing to my full mech with no wires on the switch just lags behind... kick is a very demanding device and it eats a lot of battery imo... u can pop up the bottom of the sb heads and check ur wires just to be in the safe side...also when the kick stops firing that means it just protects u for whatever reason e.g. ur sb, might be the wires under that switch... I believe u can pop the delrin with a flat head screwdriver. Dont worry its pressed fitted

I have new wire and switch ready for my Bolt when it does crap out on me, but pretty psyched it's still functioning great after a year. Still bummed I have to buy another kick. Multiple IPA's and changing batteries in a dimly lit room can have it's consequences.....lesson learned.
Wow so for a year ur bolts switch last yet... nice ive had my bolts for like 7 months now though its rarely used... did u sand ur bolt tube? I was hesitant to sand mine but when I put the kick in 18500 mode it just accept as if it was made for each other lol

Found this thread by searching so thought I would add to it rather than start a new one and see if it gets any attention. I just picked up a used SB and kick. Using freshly charged new AW IMR 18650 2000mah battery and the battery drained from 4.17 off the charger down to 3.03v in about 24 hours time. I only took about 2 dozen puffs on it tops. Obviously I have a drain and I am working on process of elimination here trying to determine if it is the SB or the kick or the battery, already elminated the battery as it drained .3v on a different one in about 5 hours today while just sitting. But has anyone heard of a kick doing this or a SB?
I've found that my kick in my SB with extension or standard mod with either 18650 or 18490 AW IMR, sometimes will not fire. I just hit it on my knee or thigh. Kinda bump it around a bit I guess. Then it starts working again. The kick works great in the Legacy so I know that's not the issue. I just teach it who is the boss and it comes back to life again. Been that way since day one for both of them.
