Greetings folks.
I have been smoking for the last 6 years or so with a couple of long-ish breaks thrown in the mix. Mainly a social smoker but also in my car and when I'm waiting around for something and most especially when drinking. For a while now I've even questioned why I was smoking them in the first place as the smell and taste sometimes got to me, not to mention the sinus problems.
Like most people I never gave e-cigs a chance. I remember hearing about them a couple years ago from friends who had tried them and gone back to analogs immediately. A couple months ago I tried a friend of mine's M401 clone and it was ok, but I wasn't a big fan of the tobacco juice he had. Of course at the time I didn't know it was the juice I didn't like and not the actual PV.
Last week while cruising some of my normal forums I noticed sections for e-cigs and once I started doing a bit of reading and how big the market was becoming I knew I had to try it out. Getting into the scene is difficult because of all the choices out there. Not only do you have the different standards to choose from but then there are brands and variations and different juice feeding systems. A lot of the terms that people use to describe the different PV's went over my head a bit. I knew I wanted a decent throat hit, but how much? Once I got my own VP these things made more sense and I could better establish what I liked about it and what I thought could be better. Since these are semi-disposable anyways it's not the end of the world if you don't pick the one that works best for you at first.
Ended up with the eGo-T, which, for all the complaints and negative comments about the performance of this device, has been working flawlessly with huge clouds of vapor and zero leaking. I doubt I will ever get into dripping since I really enjoy the hassle-free method of filling up a couple tanks and being ready to vape as much as I want all day long.
Now to try out more flavors... so far I've been really enjoying the cappuccino that I got from myfreedomsmokes. The other flavor I got was coconut but it hasn't taken hold of my tastebuds like the cap has. There are so many flavors and choices out there when it comes to juice I want to try them all!
