Another e-cig injury reported

Looks like the media can't get enough of these. Can anyone identify the mod he had that Subtank Nano on? I find it very strange that it "exploded" enough to cause spinal injuries but only the glass is missing on the Subtank. And the mod looks intact.

The Memphis smoke shop employee's comment was so wrong, it went back in time and they poor guys head exploded, not the mod

Yep. I do feel sorry for the guy, really is a damn shame for anyone to sustain such an injury, but i'm having trouble buying this story.
