I ordered after some serious investigation into ecigs, reading everything that I could, especially on these forums. Of course, this meant in ordering I was almost positive of what I was looking for. Handful of flavors, mainly sample sizes (3ml) with some teeny sizes (5ml), an Ego kit (my first PV). I of course had trouble making up my mind on specifics. In the end, I wrote out a good paragraph in the little "comments" section of the checkout. Of course, I gave my back story, preferences for vapor, and detailed that it was my first time ordering anything.
In the end, Pam and Dave dealt with this with no issues. She made recommendations on how I might like the order a bit differently, confirmed where I was incredibly vague, and did all of this at 2AM!! This was on the morning (early) of the 4th of Sept, a Saturday before labor day. In the paragraph, I said I hoped they might be able to ship this out Saturday, so it could be here Tuesday or Wednesday, though I didn't pay for express shipping. Well, not only did they answer that night at 2AM, but shipped it out on Saturday morning prior to Noon, in order to get it to me today, on Tuesday after Labor Day! And thrown into it was a 10ml bottle of Vanilla Tahiti to top it all off.
Overall, I give an A+++ on the whole process. Seemless, customer focused, even gave me a 1800 number to call any time if I had issues or questions (Never used it, never needed to). Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had with an online retailer, hands down.
