Never mind the fact that there is also ORIGINAL Kant, which I like. ; ) I received one carto as a freebie (the Gray one) and it seemed to last for days...LOL! I was so psyched I rushed my order and ordered the Kant carts....Not at all the same and I got the soft caps...didn't like it much. I do have one 5ML bottle and that flavor is nice, just doesn't produce much vapor.
I think the Parlament flavor is a nice tobacco flavor as well.

It's actually more confusing now than when I wrote that thread. In the meantime, one of the premium cartos name has been changed from premium to WOW (soft tops).....
As of now, the 5ml bottles have the good "classic Kant" which is the very first Kant recipe and my fav. Now I don't know which you got with your kit, but if the cap is soft....it aint classic, it's one of the others. If the carto cap is hard (and difficult to remove) then it is likely premium Kant. If, after you remove the hard cap, there is a little plastic ring inside, then you got classic kant in a non-premium carto.
And if you bought your stuff during a full moon on a Tuesday, then nobody knows what the hell you got....LOL
Still have some boxes of the older white-label with hard caps, 18mg. Tasty as all get-out. I've moved to VG juices, though, and am just keeping these around in case you need a fix some day.
Worst case, I can buy the low or zero stuff and spike it with the 100mg PG I got from another vendor....but I imagine the flavor would be diluted pretty bad. I've been lazy in finding a replacement because I have stockpiled so much and it could still be gotten...but since it is now down to dregs at the store...I will have to start looking again. Had high hopes for Wowbacco.....but not even close. Hated it after a single carto.

Something that won't go away when some guy in China gets fired for banging the boss's wife or something.

Hmmmm... didn't realize that was still availble... would've picked up a bottle on my order if I had.... Maxx, what's your opinion of that stuff ('Kant-4')? I know it's considered very different from Kant-1 and 2, but is it any good, in your opinion?

Kant-3 came around right after a new manufacturer started producing the stuff. The smell, color and flavor were so wrong, I actually suspected a mislabelling of the batch at first. It's closer to buttered popcorn. Kant-4 (called original) was a valiant attempt by V4L to reproduce classic (Kant-1) without the recipe. An A for effort, but a D in results. However....it is better than Kant-3. But then again, skunk urine aged in a rotten eggshell, under a doghouse, is better than Kant-3.

OK, now I'm confused... I had been assuming that the 30ml Kant bottle I bought a few weeks ago (not 'Original') was Kant-3, but it ISN'T red. The color looks basically the same as the 5ml bottle in the picture, but it tastes NOTHING like the white label premium carto I had. Is it possible it's the same flavor as Kant-3, just a different color?
To be honest....I am not real sure what is in what bottle these days. In fact, V4L has also started chainging their bottle design to something that looks like the I Dream Of Jeanie bottle.

Later came the yellow version which had a label that said Original Kant Nobacco Juice and carried these dates: PRD:12/03/2010 EXP: 11/03/2012. This was the attempt to recreate the original (which I call classic or Kant-1). If you got a 30ml bottle of Kant...and it is not labelled Original KANT....and it aint red? Again...I don't know what you got. In my experience, there has only been two versions of Kant in 30ml size....the red stuff and the "original kant" attempt. Kant-2 was never available in anything other than cartos (hard-top white cartos).
Now.....sampler packs also throw a curve or two. The older samplers will have Kant-2. I don't know what newer samplers have....but likely not Kant 1 or 2. What constitutes old versus new in sampler packs? I don't have a clue because the names keep changing. I mentioned earlier that I recently purchased 6 boxes of what was supposed to be Kant-2 in a hard-top premium carto. When they arrived, they were soft-tops and tasted wrong. Rather than pull the trigger on customer service, I rationallized it might just be less headaches to just keep the things, reverse spin to empty, and use them as blanks. I figured, well...I got them at discount and blanks would be about the same anyway, so why bother going the customer service route....I'll just make do.
Anyway....I just spun one out to get it ready for filling with classic Kant....and what came out was green!!!!

Whatever happened to you being appointed official Kant taster? Have they not been in contact with you?

I think the bottom line is....find another flavor you like. In all likelyhood, the version of Kant you like is going away soon. And is never ever coming back. I recently sent my niece to V4L for a starter kit and she will be up visiting from Florida for holidays. I plan to give her all my stuff, except for my 5ml bottles of Kant and start over finding a new flavor. Sometimes you just have to drop back nine....and punt.
She is going to walk out of here with about $200 worth of juice and cartos.....

So based on the assumption that you and I have similar taste in juice flavor, what other tobacco flavors do you like? If you ran out of Kant today, what would you replace it with? Any juice, V4L or other supplier.
If I recall, my 2nd favorite out of my sampler pack (the only other one that tasted remotely like tobacco to me) was 555. But I remember finding it kind of bland.... unobjectionable, but not particularly enjoyable. On my last order, I threw in a bottle of WOW 555, in hopes it might be a little more exciting version of the same thing.... have you tried that one yet?
The only other V4L tobacco flavor I liked was Parlament. But guess what? There's about three versions of that flavor, too....and I think I liked the version which is no longer available. Told ya I was picky.....LOL
I have tried all the tobaccos and haven't found anything I could tolerate all day long. I am likely going to play the field and see what else is out there. Don't get me wrong, I will still buy all my hardware at V4L simply because it has met or exceeded expectations...and the customer service is still aces in my book. Just that V4L's plan for juice and my plan don't seem to be on a parallel course at this time. However, I have sampled nearly all of tobacco flavors (including menthol). If you haven't....you may want to keep searching amongst them with samplers.
