How can there be such a monopoly on something (BP NRTs) that doesn't work (<7% effectiveness after a year of being quit) in a society that practices free enterprise?

Doesn't this violate some fundamental law of economics?

Percieved credibility problem with the article = they were banned in oregon. Ive read that they werent in fact banned in oregon. I put the word "percieved" because everything else in the article is very sound information that us vapers know, I just wish that part in the article got it right or wasnt in it at all. Did i miss something here?
