congrats on the V2!! Did you get the 801 or 510 adaptor for it?
Still trying to decide if I should go for the V2 with a 801 adaptor in the hopes that the 5volts gives it a little more oomp, or if I should hold out and wait for Janty to get more eGos in...

My V2 has a 901 her's uses the 801 and I must say the 801 is mighty fine on the V2.

How would you, or could you, describe 'mighty fine' compared to using an 801 on a JS?

It tastes really good and has a great throat hit. That is what "mighty fine" means.
KC - what is it about the stick you're finding your missing? Throat hit? Flavor? Vapor production?

It's just a case of a 3.7 not being strong enough for me. I do have a 510 adaptor in my JS, so that helps a lot & is close, but understandably, it isn't as strong as a full 510.
Seeing how much your Prodigy jacked up the 510 we had on it, mentally, it makes sense to me that it would pump up the 801..........

Thx Thomas. Even if it doesn't completely do the trick on my 801, I know what it's like on a 510 & a longer battery life will be just fine. Still would have loved to have purchased a personalize Chuck, but one was too high, the second one was too low and the V2 seemed to be the one that was juuuuust right..... LOL

), I have been checking the order status. It's been 19 hrs!! Not in the mail yet? (just joking). BUT, it is past the editing order stage, so that's a good thing (right)?? LOLWhile I'm sitting here, patiently waiting, I would like to toss out a question for my HV (high voltage) friends who use an 801/simular atty:
I ran accross a note that said on the V2, dripping, not using a cart, into an 801 is recommended. I know that is highly popular, and I know that's what Vicks does.
---How many drops do you drip per filling? About how many puffs do you get before needing to refill?
---What made you decide to go straight dripping?
I'm sure there will be more questions to come...
I still use a cart, but Gena drips. She will have to come along and answer this one.
The main reason I switched to dripping on the higher volt mods is because carts tended to kill the attys at higher volts (dunno why???) Dripping makes the flavors pop more, too...
I can drip 5 or 6 drops in an 801 - I can't get more than 4 in a 510, and maybe 3 in a 901.
as far as how many puffs I get outta a freshly dripped atty, I never really kept track. I know I can go from Waukesha to Watertown on 2 filled attys, if that helps, with the PV welded to my hand, and one sitting in reserve in the cup holder.
I'll try to count the puffs and let ya know
