First I am a smoker, have smoked since I was 16, most of my friends are non-smokers or ex-smokers.

About a year ago I was walking through a mall with my friend. There was a lady at a booth smoking; I was like what the heck so we walked over and talked with her for a bit, I ended up buy this e-cigarette called Smoking Everywhere. I was thinking this would be a great way to replace the cigarettes that I was smoking. Well I didn’t like it, when I would take a puff I would get this liquid stuff in my mouth so I put it away. Then about 3 months ago I brought it out again and tried it again, looked some stuff up online but I started to think maybe I just got a defective one, so I purchased 2 more from an online e-cig store. Since the price went down, I could get two for the price I purchased the first one for, I should have had a clue then. I used the new ones for about 24 hours, had no problem with the battery but some of the cartridges just didn’t work. So I went to a local tobacco store and purchased some tobacco juice, I had run across this forum before and read about being able to reload cartridges. So I thought maybe the ones I got in the mail were just dried up. So after 24 hours of vaping and trying to deal with the liquid in my mouth, I gave up on them. About a week later, i saw an ad in the penny saver for the same tobacco store I purchased my cigarettes for 2 greensmartliving e-cigs for 29.00, each package came with a e-cig, USB charger and 2 cartridges. They work really great, and I have learned how to refill them (using this forum and youtube). I am waiting for a DIY kit to make my own flavored e-juices. I haven’t yet given up regular cigarettes, but I will as soon as I feel comfortable in getting supplies.
Today I tried to refill one of my cartridges, and the little white cap broke, so I took the whole thing apart so I could really look at it. The cartridge has the atomizer attached and the whole thing is supposed to be thrown away or recycled, but they can be refilled. So I guess I need to go by more cartridges so I have backups in case they break.
I still think this will be a healthier (for me and others around me), cheaper, less smelly alternative to smoking. Even though I have messed up a couple of times, I still think it will be worth the cost in the long run.
Now I just need to figure out what to do with my 3 smoking everywhere units and all the cartridges I purchased, guess I should just throw it all in the trash.
Anyway, love the forum it has been a great source of information for me, keep up the great work.

Thanks for the reply. What is a drip tip? with the Smoking Everywhere, I tried just dripping the liquid into where the cotton ball thingy is. but I still got a mouth full of liquid.

I don't have this problem with the green smart living one. Just that the little cap on the cartridge broke. I tried using one of the caps from the Smoking Everywhere but they are to small.

Ohh okay, I see. You're still using the Smoking Everywhere. Sorry I was under the impression you had upgraded. I also think it's in your best interest to upgrade. Mall ciggs are a great introduction but from what I hear pail in comparison to the ones available online.

A drip tip is basically a mouth piece. It can attach to the atomizer so you can directly drip onto the atomizer and vape/ or it can attach onto a cartomizer more for a mouth piece. They are typically wide mouthed, so much more vapor comes though producing a more satisfying inhale.

Are you a heavy or light smoker? Have you thought about upgrading yet? Heard of eGos, Rivas?

update: after checking out smokingeverywhere's site... HOLY... i insist you upgrade!! $30 for an atomizer is raaaape! 40 bucks for a battery??

You can get an eGo or Riva that last about 3 times as long for 40 bucks.

Thanks again, no I am not using the Smoking Everywhere anymore, I am using the Green Smart Living now which I like a lot. I am just trying to think of what to do with all the Smoking Everywhere stuff lol.
I have been taking the Smoking Everywhere cartridges and taking the little cotton ball thing out and putting them in water, thinking that the nicotine and stuff inside will release into the water and I can use that with my VG and reload my new cartomizers (not sure if that is what they are called, but it is the atomizer and the cartridge in one)

I will have to look into the drip tip, thank you for suggesting that.

You can probably fit a 510 drip tip into your carto instead of the end cap (the cheap plastic or delrin kind, not the fancy acrylic types). LiteCigUSA.net has nice clear colored plastic ones and black delrin for 510. I also use one on my cartomizer. Your model is not 510 but I think it probably has the same size tube around 9.2mm? If so, the plain clear colored and black delrin round drip tips should fit. The new swirly ones they got in are too right, the flat tips may also be too tight.

And SmokelessImage sells replacement end caps (colored) that might fit. Or you could just cut a little round hole in the end of a carto condom and slip it back on so you can use the carto with the mangled end cap.

Re refilling - yes, but make sure it is not going to leak BEFORE you put of back on your batteries because you probably automatic batteries (easiest to damage or kill with juice leaks)

Yes I got mine from the local smoke shop also, they had a coupon 2 kits for 24.99, and it is quick and easy to get new cartos, I do think $12.99 is kind of high for the 5 cardos though. That is why I have been refilling mine, but I am down to one, so I will need to break down and buy the 5 for $12.99.

All things considered, those are not outrageous prices at all with the coupon. $12.99 for 5 pre-filled cartos is a whole lot cheaper than $20 for 5 that I used to pay. If you are happy with the kits, then it is a good deal. You will get better and better at refilling them too and that will save more $$$

Whether or not you stay with them is up to you. There are plenty of options if you want to go with a more universal type. Have Fun! ECF is the best place to find everything you need to know about this regardless of what you vape.

Best of luck!

I just got my GreenSmartLiving kit yesterday. It's my first time smoking an e-cig but I do have to say that I enjoy it. I used the first cardo in one day telling my friends to try it out but refilled it today with cinnamon juice from a friend and I love it! He told me that they may be able to be refilled so I thought I'd try and obviously it works. Now for my question... if I were to get another brand in the future what would you suggest?

That's really going to depend on your habits and what you're looking for. Are you looking for more juice capacity? More battery life? Do you want it to still resemble a cigarette? Or have you gotten to the point where it is more about the function than the fashion?

I have an eGo passthtru, with it you can use it while connected to a USB or unplug and use it like a normal eGo. It only comes with the battery/passthru, and cord, so I had to get cartos,(I use smoktech 1.5 dual coils), juice,(mix my own), drip tips, etc extra, but I only paid about $20 for it, so it's still not too expensive. I'm very happy with it, but then everyone has different tastes, what I like, chevelle (had to pick on someone my friend :) ) may not. There are literally countless options, we all just need to find what works best for ourselves. Good luck, and welcome to the madcap antics of ECF, :toast:

I'd like to have more juice capacity... resembling a cigarette isn't really important to me
