Classic newbie story: I tried some disposables first (Blu and a couple others), liked it, bought the Blu starter kit, and I'm happily vaping away. Discovered this forum, did a pile of research (it takes DAYS to sort it all out!), and I'm contemplating the next steps...
(One difference from most noobs, maybe: I'm vaping to get off the nicotine lozenges, and to avoid sneaking the occasional cig at work, where all the young hipsters smoke.) Since I started vaping, not a single lozenge or real cig.
Unlike many others, I'm pretty happy with the Blus, although like everyone I'm a bit tired of battery management.
So that's my first question: are there other batteries out there that use the same screw fitting as the blu cartomizers? Maybe a nice manual 650 mAh?
I also just found out about refiling the blu carts, so will probably try that next, to keep it tasting fresh and yummy, and to experiment a bit with flavors. So I'm leaning toward experimenting with the blu some more, refilling carts and maybe getting a bigger battery, if they exist...
However, there's another part of me that thinks I should just bite the bullet and order an eGo 650 mAh, classic 510 kit, which I've found for about $50 a couple places. I know it's "last year's model", but a lot of people have loved it over the years, so I'm sure I'd be happy with it.
Hmmm, decisions, decisions...thanks for any advice/opinions!
