"Hide in the weeds!" shouted Shane

"I think they saw us" whispered Billie Bob.

then RUNNNNNNN!!!!!

They spotted and old shack in the distance hoping the the brush would hide them from view.

It was sagging and rotting, but the door was ajar so they slipped in.

 

[djezewski]

It was starting to get dark at this point so they hoped the nightfall would cover their tracks.

Suddenly a flash of light and a BOOM! of thunder. It got very dark, the wind picked up and Whoosh! the rain came down

Shane and Billie Bob were soaked and tired when they saw light flicker.

At this point the Agent Maxwell decided he would head back to his vehicle, trying to scrape off his thickly mud encrusted boots first.

A large flash and a huge BOOM! and lightning struck the shack! It caught fire. Shane and Billie Bob looked at each other....

The flames started licking and they just made it out the door by the skin of their teeth.

They ran as fast as they could unaware they where running straight to the cop.

Ernst Maxwell peered out his car window and though he saw two faint outlines of figures in the distance.

He radioed in the situation asking for backup. Then he got out of his car and headed toward the moving figures.

Maxwell drew his gun informed that they are armed and dangerous.

at this point shane hinted to billie bob that now would be a good time to surrender themselves to the police.

They held their hands up and started walking toward Maxwell

Wondering what was going to happen now.

Maxwell started approaching the couple and slipped in the wet grass and mud.
