Anyone that actually thinks that ANYONE would switch from tasty ecig flavors to the craptastic taste of a real cigarette is too stupid to be allowed to write articles or conduct studies.

The stupidity of these baseless statements drives me mad. Baseless, as in: "Let's say something, but not provide the actual data to back it up." Where was the question in there that specifically asked "Did you start smoking because you first used an e-cigarette?" Oh yeah - bet that question isn't actually in those surveys. It's amazing - in a bad way - how people can fabricate and twist questionnaire responses into any "truth" they want to create. But someone said it - and that's all it takes for it to be believed by the minions as a truth.

@Choc_Addict: that study seems to be a bunch of hogwash....just masticating stuff that has already been reported (this is not a slight against you and your post, but at the press, that would even bother with articles like this)

@FourWinds: I 100% agree with you (and I gotta be careful with what I agree with, or I might get another reprimand from unnamed forum moderator(s)) ... biased (for whatever reason) people should be excluded from scientific research
