I've dealt with anxiety and depression my whole life. I smoked 1-2 packs a day for 29 years and I'm one of the lucky took-a-
vape-a-quit-smoking-that-day people.
And mine is better as well.
I'm trying not to over-analyze it which as you know is tough for folks like us but I think a good part of it is the freedom we have now. I don't have to stress constantly about:
Do I have cigarettes
When do I need to get more
When can I smoke again
Can I smoke if I go ___
Do I stink
Did I put that cigarette out all the way
Those people over there see me smoking and are giving me dirty looks
It goes on and on.
It's so much freedom after being chained to cigarettes almost 3 decades. Add to the just the fact you kicked the habit and all the good it's doing for your health and how can you
not feel better??
Just go with it and enjoy it. That's what I'm doing!
