hi guys, sorry about this, let me explain...basically what happened was, was i asked for a quote from central trade a while back as i was going to place an order alone...I wanted to see how much it would cost incomparison to the quote pakaday gave me. after finding i could go the cheaper route with paka i decided to stick with the group. I then stupidly forgot about the quote i got from central trade and didn't reply...i didn't think getting a quote ment you HAD to go through with the order therefor i just left it...

Everyones order from paka is fine and nothing to worry about...this is a very big confusion and my quote has got nothing to do with paka's order and shouldn't effect it in the slightest...

I am very sorry about all of this but everything is fine...we just need to hear from paka!

(well it should be fine but i don;t understand why paka isn;t answering.)

That's confusing Freddo - I thought Royal was CentralTrade. When I click on Paka's link (in his first post) it's the CentralTrade site that comes up,

yes royal is centraltrade. All i did was ask for a direct quote via centraltrade/royalsmokers (same people) to compare it to paka's prices. I don't see how any of this can affect pakas order...

Royalsmokers post takes the piss a bit , that is a personal matter between him and freddo and has nothing to do with paka's order. Posting private matters on a public forum especially from a supplier constitutes a warning at the very least.

I don't think freddo needed to explain publically about a private matter.

Freddo , report royalsmokers post to the mods and get it removed .

I certainly don't think Freddo has anything to apologise for - I've often filled a shopping cart but not checked out - it's a simple way of comparing prices without needing to open a spreadsheet. As you say Apostle - it's a private matter.

The supplier also said Paka reported he'd ordered elsewhere. Paka was on the forum today perhaps he can update us when he next logs in.

This is the bit i am worried about. When did you hear this/how.

Who was the last person to hear from paka, i don;t understand why s/he comes online but doesn't answer my pm's or update us all on the thread.

Who has sent their money over already and is anyone else worrying?

i feel we are all being left a little in the dark.

Well I'm curious as to why Pak is visiting the forum but not replying to PMs or to this thread - I find it highly unlikely that he does not check his messages or this thread when he visits

Did everyone pay via Paypal? I haven't sent him a lot of cash but I'll be opening a goods not received claim if I don't hear from him within a couple of days

im not too worried ebay has scammed me more over the years but still pakaday should be sensitive to the fact that he is holding onto a lot of money frmo alot of the members here and isnt giving us peace of mind

perhaps they were confused as pakaday never posted an order and as freddo had done a mock one to check prices, royalsmokers naturally assumed it was that one.

I hope royalsmokers chime in again. it was rare to get a post from a large wholesaler, proves that everyone watches this forum.

I'm just hoping that all is OK with this order since it's still a little soon to expect delivery. While revealing personal details of orders it'd had been more helpful if RoyalSmoker had posted the subject of the thread (but - that too would have been inappropriate publication of a private transaction).

On matters much more worrying than this I've never had a Auzzie let me down. You're right to be cautious though.

Pakaday is doing this in his spare time, as a favour. I don't think he knew how much time it would take up - he has posted that he had received 200 pms, and probably many more by now. Judging from the post by RoyalSmoker, it sounds like the supplier is messing him about too.

If you open any kind of Paypal dispute they will freeze his account and he won't be able to pay the supplier even if he can smooth things out with them.

We knew this would take a while when we ordered. I for one am grateful to Pakaday for trying to organize this, even if it doesn't work out.

this is all good and well mate, and im sure everyone else is thinking the same but we should be up the top in priorities. we need an update. some people have invested alot of money into this.

GOODS IN CUSTOMS TODAY WOOT Off to finalize the paperwork and pay customs.

Will be sorting all orders and shipping the day I get them here.

So all good thanks for your patience guys and gals had to make up for the week I lost at work while answering over 200 pms and have been real busy trying to catch up and getting on good terms with the boss again.
