Yeah, I have a toptank mini and I like it. I can't speak to the nano, but I'm sure it's the same. My only beef with it is the same with all Kanger tanks- those coils stick up way too far and you have to refill when you still have a quarter of a tank left or you'll get dry hits.

Aside from that, it's been really nice. No leaking, and the topfill works pretty well.

I have a Toptank Mini and plan on buying another one. I like that you can buy coils or make your own. It's pretty versatile. No leaks at all so far. Top fill is nice, but I agree that it is a con that you have to refill it when you still have a quarter tank left like Drysprocket mentioned. The only other con I can think of is that it had a nasty taste to it at first even though I washed it before using it the first time. It took washing it 4 times with Dawn before it was usable, but after that, it was fine. I like to switch between sub ohm and higher resistances, so it would have been nice if they would have included a smaller drip tip. I tried several smaller drip tips (including Kanger ones) with it, but they wobbled around too much. Otherwise, it's been a great tank for me.

Both my Kanger tanks leak. :(
Bought a set of new seals from a vape shop ... seals don't fit, and they are real, genuine Kanger seals, according to the code.
Be sure the seals are for the Top Tank and not the STM, they are not the same.
My biggest con is no extra glass or even o-rings are included with the kit.

I have a number of TTM's in service. The top fill works fairly well if you wicking is solid. Adjustable from D2L to M2L (on the little hole).

You can fill ether from the bottom or the top with the latter allowing you to squeeze more juice in the tank. The RBA's have evolved over the last year. Starting with very small juice channels that some folks complained about to having two fairly large holes in the RBA to finally having two small holes. In both cases the holes are situated rather high on the RBA. All three RBA versions will work with it.

As long as you have enough cotton, rayon or rope shoved up against the RBA holes it won't leak. Very reliable tanks. IMHO.

I really want to get the top tank. But all my shop has in stock is the subtank mini. Are they generally the same?

They're the same with one major difference- topfill. So it's a quality of life thing. You can order the toptank online for likely far cheaper than in your local shop too.
