I've been cycling 2 to 3 times a week over the past 3-4 years pretty consistently and jogging about once a week. I'm a new vapor and am on 3mg - 6mg nic.
I haven't noticed and decline (yet) in cardio. (Only about 3 weeks into vaping) Wondering what others have experienced over the longer term?
