+1 for Precise 14500 !
just make a bit wider Precise 10440 - It's hard to imagine someone who wouldn't like it.

What is the difference btw AW Protected 14500 and AW IMR 14500?

Is IMR unprotected?

The IMR is unprotected in that it has no PCB, but it is inherently safer chemistry.

IMR
- max drain rate ~4 amps
- storage capacity ~550 mah

ICR
- max drain rate ~1.5amps
- storage capacity ~750 mah

The IMR is a good choice for LR attys.

I own a P10 and love it, just dont use it lol, cant wait for lithium sulphur batteries to hit the market. o.0 a p14 would tide me over.

Do you have a link for the battery info?

im not talking li2s8 im referring to liS, its still in its infancy.

Do you have a link for the info? Regardless of chemistry I doubt you will be able to pack more life in a container that size, but I could be wrong...

Edit: Having googled LiS, and it's intended application(s) it may be a long while before we see it for our application, and although the power to weight ratio is impressive, I couldn't find anywhere, where size to weight ratio was discussed.

Do you know how much could have been made with a p14 by now! Please please please please pleas please please make this come true soon! I've been holding off buying a good looking 14500. Ill buy 5 right now if you manufacture next week!

Nice to see some Minnesotans in here, welcome! I still want to do a 14500, but just don't want to disappoint people as i have so many projects i'm trying to wrap up, but i still may do one when the time comes !

Where in MN do you hail from? I'm in beautiful Winona, SE MN. I suppose I could settle for a p16, I just don't want to go much bigger than an ego 900. Oh btw, the pictures show vent holes; are these on all p models or just on request? Thanks

I'd buy two P-14's on day one. Better yet...how about a Shockwave-14! My heart is racing just thinking about it!

I live up in the St Cloud area now, but am originally from SE Minnesota. I vent upon request. Some like the smooth vent free look.

A shockwave 14:) That'd be a cute little guy...Problem is, i could never fit the 10,000,000 click 10 amp switch in it, which is the highest ameperage, highest click rating switch ever found in a mod:)

I would love to see one of these. The only thing holding me back from ordering a Precise is that the p14, while ideal in size, would be incompatable with with my habits due to the weak battery and the p16 may be slightly too large. (I'd love to see a pic of an ego with 650mah battery next to a p16)

If it became available, the p14 with brass caps would certainly be my next PV.

I have a pic of a P16 next to an Ego in my photo albums. Just look through and you'll find it
