Any PT's that fit this car outlet?

So I got a car power usb adapter, thinking I could use it for my eGo PT. However when I looked at the specs, I realized it wouldn't be good for my batt. So I'm wondering if there is a PT that will work with it.

Output: 5V @ 1 Amp

1. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that. I think you mean that the usb output goes all the way through to the output on the cig output and would fire the atomizer based on that. If that is what you mean, then no. It's a standalone battery that has the benefit of being able to be used as it charges.

2. Even if that's not what you mean, I don't see how that would make it work with the batt. Ego's are very specific of requiring 2 amps. I don't want to damage my batt.

If the PT has a battery in it (you can vape without it being plugged in) then an adapter at less than 2A should work. If its a true PT and only works when plugged in then a 2A adapter will be required.

OMG. Why was I saying 2 amps? .5 amps. It's specific to .5 amps. I don't know where I got 2.0.

It has a battery. And yes I use it on my computer.
I know I can just carry it around with me charged, I was just hoping that I could use the car charger just in case.

No - It needs a minimum of 0.5A for the charging circuit (been designed to charge without stressing the battery).

This also complies with the USB standard so win-win.

Short answer is that the car charger will be fine.
