any reason why these guys take so long to ship?

as a newbie, I ordered ecigs from one dealer, the blu people, and an ecigar from another company, e-cigarettedirect.com. neither company has sent the product out as of today and they were paid for on the 16th which was 9 days ago. checked both sites for any info and nothing, sent emails to both companies on the 23rd asking when I can expect the delivery to atleast go out and no response from either company.
now that I am a member here and reading all I can in my spare time, I am a bit disgusted to see that any company would take money 9 days ago and leave me hanging. I had hoped to have the products for christmas, now I am just holding out hope they arrive before new years.
my new year resolution is to drop all analog and go with vaping starting new years day but at this point I am almost ready to start again a new order tomorrow on the 26th in the hopes of getting something, anything, before new years day.
thoughts on these two companies, and even thoughts on who the earth takes money, and actually ships that day or the next would be extremely helpful. thanks to all those who spend countless hours on here helping others. I am in Tucson, Arizona on the west coast of the U.S.

huh odd I oderd a blu kit before I found this site and found out pretty fast
that I didnt want it.
so I called them less then 24hrs later to cancel and they said it was shipped already.
But my acc. was never billed so I told her I didnt want it anymore,
she told me when I get it to put return to sender on it...
im confused also.

I think you should cancel both those orders. If blu gives you bs about it at all call your bank and have the transaction cancelled. (as long as it hasn't shipped yet). Then contact one of the good suppliers talked about on this board and order from them. At the least it will be 3-4 post days before you get it (from a USA suplier 7-0 from canada/china). Some good suppliers I've had fast shipping from is totally wicked (3days) and madvapes (3-4 days). get a 510,901,kr808d,M2xx through M6xx, some jucie and you'll be all good. All those models are sold from US suppliers and all work well and definatly better than a blu. Also you won't want to stick with your current supplier because you will need replacement parts periodically and you won't want to deal with thier crappy shipping again.

thanks so much for the response bro, excellent info and that is what I was hoping for off this board. I have 7 kids so don't have a ton of time to research this entire place, but the answers I get here are fast and filled with info. anyone else I would appreciate it. pisses me off about those two companies. oh well, so be it. that's why I am here now

Try to avoid recommendations from brand new members hawking some new supplier.

LiteCigUSA is also one of the good guys.

blu is saying they are out of the black ones but have white in stock. now they are saying I have to cancel the first order and renew a new order for the white ones for it to take place. I thought that was customer services job not mine. ahh well, I do appreciate hearing from you guys. the learning curve is tough but gets better with help from you all. I did check the listed suppliers here on the board, unfortunately too late for my first orders before joining but have gotten some good advice on good suppliers in this thread alone so keep up the good work, noobs like us need it...

Yeah I had a similar experience with Blu this December. Luckliy I found these forums shortly after I ordered it and went back to cancel my order before I was charged. I ordered from Volcano instead, since its the same model as the Blu, and my order was shipped in less than 24hrs. According to the tracking, it should be arriving today (crosses fingers). 4 day shipping from Honolulu is not bad at all especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season. Anyway, hope you enjoy your products once they arrive!

Although the BLU is seldom (never?) recommended on these forums at least the prices for the package and parts are decent. Not like some of the other mass media advertised sites with $100+ no name kits.

I would Call the bank and cancell both of the other transactions. Cignot is an excellent place if you need something fast and the 510 is an excellent unit. My first pv was a 901 and I dont like it. Ive never had a blu but everything ive heard about them say they suck and getting a bad pv is frustrating as I said I hate my 901 at least I like it on a pass through. I Absolutely love my 501 and have heard nothing but good things about cignot. Another place to check is www.ecigsupply.com, guys have great prices and got my order to me in 2 days so I would say they are awesome.

V4L has been an excellent vendor IMHO. Received my first order in 2 days and Mark was very helpful. The V4L model is a great (and simple) first e-cig - I was very surprised of the life on the standard batteries and the carts go a long way.
