There's a request in Post #4 that you can send into the Boston Public Health Commission to get non-exempt records relating to e-cigarettes that are owed under the law. The BPHC needs to know there is a public interest in these documents so that they will release them promptly and give people the chance to understand the 'facts' of why they are contemplating banning electronic cigarettes.
In the meantime, talk to people you meet from Boston about your e-cigarette and mention how they are thinking of banning them indoors. If you get a "That's dumb" reaction, get their e-mail, number, business card, whatever, and save it somewhere secure. If you don't have your address in your CASAA.org member profile, please edit it, as the member database is key to informing people of imminent legislative threats.
