Here's something I tried and it's too new to know if it will help. use your odometer and decide to vape every 10 miles. Take a good hit and put it down. Then 10 miles later, take another hit. Next week go to 11 miles...next month go to 15....I'm trying quit to nic all together so I'M A QUITTER! Or trying to be one someday! 
And the looks from people are priceless. Actually had a guy on a bike run into the back of a parked car once.
