Wow thanks guys! wasn't expecting this support but it's always welcome :)
I've came a far way but it's nothing compared to where I wanna go..
and the clothes definitely! haha.:)

It was awesome going from looking like a chubby lil bear in XXL's to filling out L's nice,
that and going from 44 pants to 38 (as of now, they're starting to be a little loose!)
while increasing all my lifts and gaining muscle
If anyone ever wants to talk working out send me a PM :)

All over the place
I lost about 20lbs! But, then again, I lost a lot more than weight. My lifestyle was all about the consumption of all types of negative products. Almost every person I hung out with had similar issues which all reinforced mine. Since, I started vaping, I began working out regularly, cooking all my own food, said good-bye to a lot of absurd habits and began writing a lot. My art has become more focused, my body is like it never was, and I don't hardly ever get sick...let alone waisted.

I love seeing my before and after pics, but I am still embarrassed of me before, and slightly bashful of how I look now. Well, maybe bashful isn't exactly the word...more like freakin' stunned!

vaping really did change my life.

p.s. Along with weight and other baggage, I also lost a lot of smoking/ partying acquaintances...oh well!

Yeah I'm at my football weight from high school. I'm consider morbidly obese according to the doc. I was a DE and ran a 4.6 40...not that bad big guy. With vaping I might be able to get to that time again.

Nutrisystem ),
kidding of course my doc tried to call me fat with a 106 /96 pulse kicker of 54. Asked him to go with me for a day and got a do not ask about me, response.

I didn't realize it, but I noticed that I have lost 10 pounds in one month. I think I must agree, I find myself vaping a lot more than reaching for food. I think it satisfies my sweet tooth and also the physical motion of putting something to my mouth (and let the jokes begin...lol). I am not a small guy. I am 6'3" so the 10 lbs wasn't that noticeable on me, but I actually hopped on the scale yesterday morning and was amazed!!:)

I didn't lose any noticeable weight, but I definitely see what you're saying. All those factors help. Cutting out soda is probably what caused you to see the immediate drop - it has for everyone I know. And obviously, making healthy food choices like not giving in to your sweet tooth (except on special occasions) are going to cause you to lose weight.
So the e cigs aren't making you lose weight, they're just helping you make healthier choices, but that's what it's all about! Congrats :)

make you laugh , hopefully.Had a skinny doc tell me ,"your too fat" at the time was 205 and weraing 34's my response was " if a was any skinnier woman wouldnt respect me" his assistant laughed so hard she got fired. True story , and that guy burned my throught with no disregard for pain in anyway. He had me hld one pair of plyers and pull on the other to take both sausage bones out of my nose and heard the crack as he broke em.Then he lit up my throat and burned in out three times , smelled like a csi show that was too close for comfort.Twenty years later had a few of em done again(all heredity related) still think about that assistant that make my day.

Hmm.. I enjoy my food more after quitting smoking & gained some weight initially.

But what I do notice is tt my body responds btr to exercise now than it did before! So, a lil' bit of effort shows. I'd get e same results in a 3x/week session over two weeks as compared to e previous (when on e analogues) 4x/week over a period of a month.
