 too much information !
what? the bra thing?
that just means I lost a little fat around my middle. :) Band size is your rib cage measurement and when you put on weight in the middle it can get bigger. (shrug)

So a 32 D is a big boob on a small band, but a 42B would be big band with a smaller boob.

The women knew what I was talking about.

That freakin' gum let me pack on a few pounds, grrrrrrrrr.

Hmm lol, I started gaining some weight but I also been cutting down all the way to 0 nic.

One of the very reasons I've upped my nicotine level. It serves another purpose also, in that, I don't vape endlessly........my goal is to not vape any more than I smoked cigarettes.

I have both high and low nicotine levels........and, when I really need that hit, I go to the higher ones and lower ones when just relaxing.

My weight is decreasing, although I don't weigh myself, I use the fit of my clothes as my barometer.

When I lose weight the boobs are the first to go.
I wish I'd lose some boobs! So far I'm losing in the middle and dropping pant size. I think the current size is getting a little loose, too.

TMI, but you know how the T I T fairy comes when you have a baby? She never came and took back. I'd kill to have back my small easy to wear a tank top with no bra boobs again.

All those years as a young teen wishing for these things, who knew what a pain they were?

I definitely feel you on that! I can't say long-term b/c I use to have an eating disorder so my relationship w/ food has been ****ed up ever since, even though I no longer starve and/or binge and purge. It sucks but, **** happens, I'm all good now :) It's just a matter of eating right and controlling myself. Remember: Do you eat to live or LIVE to eat? If you live to eat, you may have an addictive relationship with food.. which is normal but it's important to learn to control yourself and to eat right, so as to prevent complications in the future. :)

I def feel you eating less b/c I can vape AT HOME. When i sit at home and I get anxious or begin to start feeling negative, I start reaching for the sweets. I haven't been doing that very often since I've been vaping up in my room tons!! :) It's so hilarious to blow huge clouds of smoke.. without the scent. SO WILD!! I love it! I really prefer the soothing taste of some green tea or jasmine e-juice, even some light menthol, rather then stuff my face with food. Vaping is so pleasantly satisfying. I gave my coworker almost a full pack of my reg cigs today b/c I didn't even want to smoke them anymore since I've gotten my new shipment of e-juice come in today. It's nice :)

This is my first post! I have been vaping for one week now and have noticed my clothes getting looser. I was looking to see if there is a connection between vaping and weight loss. I haven't noticed much change in my daily activities. I have never eaten a lot and drink a lot of water normally. I do notice that I am not completely wiped out all the time and I haven't had a migraine even during the usual day three of the menstrual cycle. I will note that this month that was considerably lighter as well. I am wondering what is in these magic cigarettes.
