2.0 would been great. I still can't even get 1.1 to up grade on mine. I've spent hours trying every thing people here on EFC have thought of to help me but I am not a big computer head but I am not a computer dummy. I've watch a utube on installing upgrade followed it step by step butkiss. Oh well maybe I will fig it out some day. Maybe tech mods aren't for me. As far as the mod its self it works just fine not unlike my Z-MAX and VAMO.

Did you run MRV as adminstrator? I haven't seen that listed much. When I first installed it I couldn't get it open after the first time when I closed it. I right clicked the icon and ran the compatiblilty on it. It then made it run as admin on my computer and works. As for the actually upgrade you should just make sure you drop it in the right folder once downloaded(can't remember name but it is listed everywhere) then open MVR software, connect the Evic with the downloading option, and click upgrade the Evic. Hope you get it worked out because I don't think you get to use VW with just 1.0 do you?

Hopefully they will listen and make it a 3-6 volt device with a 4A limit; then I'll be listening.

Indeed... Pretty sure that's a hardware limitation though. Really a shortcoming on their part to have a 5V limitation... Did they not see that dang near every VV competitor out there is now a 3-6V device? I mean, it does seem like they are listening in a lot of respects. So with any luck the next hardware revision will be at least a 6V max voltage, with at least 15W max power. Most of my attachments are 3 ohms, or close to it... So I rarely vape at less than 5V... Usually it's just a hair above 5V, so the eVic was a no go for me from the start...

Here is how you will know for sure they are listening...

Hit the fire button with no attachment...

If it still says "No Atomizer Find" then they still have some work to do :)

First time I have waited for patch notes from a device and not a game, hah.

*Adjusted flavor output to be in line with other classes of APV.
*Rare Hotspot drops from the 1 man hard mode coil wrapping encounter increased by 5%
*Battle other eVic users with collectible pets
*Neverending battery removed from loot table

Thought I saw a reference to 'custom waveforms' somewhere as well on the next release. Something like the Janty MiD maybe, or just wishfull thinking?

Also hoping they add a lot more to the MVP software. It would be really nice to be able to manipulate the available usage data, if even only to be able to export it to a more powerful database software.

Well, based in the frequency of the firmware updates and my happiness with my twists I know the they want to please their customers. I am still very new but went ahead and ordered my evic. Should be here Friday! Excited! This will be my first APV. Does anyone know if they have an 18350, short, tube?
I've seen the short tube at Stormy's Cellar.......black has been out of stock but silver is available. Got my evic yesterday and love it.
