anybody had trouble ordering from BestEcig.com

i know the website wont work properly with firefox..

but i just wasted my bloody time trying to order 20 bottles of liquid.. it lets me get right thru the tedious process then right at the very end it says sorry for security reason we cant accept your order.. i tried two different cards..

i have ordered from them before.. if it told me to piss right at the beginning it would be so bad.. he he he

i hate these automated sites that dont work.. grrrr..

Trog - don't know if it helps but it happens to me from time to time. I might be wrong but I put it down to electronic traffic overload or just that even electronic info goes wrong sometimes.

Seriously - if it was worth ordering - try again once you've cooled down enough to be arsed - or not.

had three different goes soot.. the last one an hour after the first two.. its goes right thru as far and bank takes all the details then bums me off with the security stuff.. the last go i dropped the order number cos thought they might think too many..

i got my last lot all right.. i dont know if its a site problem or bank problem.. i used they contact us thing.. hopefully they might clue me in.. he he

With this "financial meltdown" perhaps you need to have funds in a bank that has funds

I've had this before in ordering phone products - rejected 3 times using 2 different cards. It once ...... me off to the point that I walked around to the nearest bank machine to see if there was a problem - there wasn't. I then checked my account on-line - no problem there either. I just decided not to try do business with that site again - you may decide different - it's up to you.

It can be cruel to conclude that a problem like this means the company has lost it's credit rating but it is a possibility that you can't dismiss,

to be honest it looked more like a site message than a bank one.. thow it did come after the bank details had been entered.... my bank has a few quid left i recon.. least i hope so.. he he

I'm still on the analogues (no delivery after charge is worse than no charge). I've a G&T and watching Brucie & Come Dancing on my Sky Box. Watching a man with a tattooed jiggly tit in a string vest has ruined my dinner!

Be careful with sites that you think might be handling your bank details.

i used to use them before the olympics stopped their liquid supplies.. soot.. never had the slightest shipping problem back then..

they now have paypal so i have just ordered 20 8 ml bottles.. we will see what happens.. he he he

their liquid is okay and is the same as the bestecig stuff..

You're a braver man than me Trog. I just wrote to them to ascertain whether they'd dispatched an order I made 2 weeks ago and - if not - the order was canceled. I was just trying to make an order - not buy shares in the company.

i ahve e been waithing for new mini for nearly four weeks.. but i think they simply havnt got any.. if i dont get my liquid quick i might start to worry.. but as i say they used to be okay with shipping.. lets hope they are back to what they used to be.. some of the products were crap but they shipped the crap okay.. he he he

Trog I try e-mailing Beci at bestecig to see what the problem is. Normally they're quite quick in responding to your e-mail. If you need any flue cured let me know. I might have a few bottles spare and I do have a load of E.cig.com cartridges.

Coldevil - I'd not deal with them. Trog seems to trust them but while wishing him well I think his trust misplaced.

Put plainly, until members here start to report that they have received orders you should use one of the many reputable dealers listed on this forum. E-cig.com is not on the list.

All I can say is that my order from e-cig.com was made before reading this forum. I would not have made the order had I visited this forum first. BUT, e-cig.com has marketed a new innovation - disposable atomizers.

Members of this forum have made orders to e-cig.com but none have posted receipt. I'd suggest you avoid this company until there is evidence that they deliver.

i dont trust them now soot.. i did prior to the Olympics which i think pretty well shut them down.. i know the previous.. item will be shipped within 5 working days is now 7 to 10 working days.. not a good sign..

i would rather get their act together than stay as they are.. but who knows..

Trog - I'd like delivery. I don't think companies should make false promises to bank-roll their ideas. They either deliver what they take money for or they get classified as a rogue trader.

e-cig never did fail on delivery i bought thirty or more different bits of stuff from them never a problem.. then came the olympics.. i have only just started to use them again.. purely on a trial basic so to speak..

the modern world operates on a just in time supply chain method.. the warehouses are the boats planes and trucks..he he he

sometimes it f-cks up.. more so when the customer is on the other side of the world..

and the one missing item makes more forum noise than the twenty that arrive on time thats for sure..

i will report back on how long its takes my liquid to get to me.. he he

bestecig.com china.. replied to my email almost straight away... they think the problem may be with the company that handles the money transactions.. they gave me their contact details..

e-cig.com china have sent me the shipping notification for my 20 bottles of liquid.. the order has been shipped within two days of being placed.. very quickly..
