Ok, I know I'm going to get some flack for this, but I'd love to see a picture of a reo grand without the 510 connector pressed in. I'd also like to see a picture of the 510 connector and the stuffing/padding/insulator thing (not the one that comes with the rebuild kit).
The reason I ask is that I am one of those who removed the 510 stuffing gasket and caused a leak. That particular grand is on it's way back from Rob's at the moment. My other grand is also leaking with the gasket in place. I've checked the bottle and rebuilt the thing, even used additional gaskets, replaced the delrin washer, etc. I've decided that I'm just a habitual over-squonker and over-tightener and need to drum up a solution that is more durable than the delrin gasket and keeps juice in the catch cup from dripping down into the grand. I'm just tired of taking the thing apart at this point.
I realize that the catch cup is pressed in, I'm contemplating just sacrificing a grand to find out for myself if I can devise a way to reassemble, but thought maybe I'd see if anyone has a picture of what I'm getting myself into.
