I just ordered one on Tuesday and should be getting it here soon. Searched youtube and there are woefully few videos, and almost all of them are in other languages.

Looks like a pretty solid device, a definite improvement over my old Kgo VV (I gave that one away to pay it forward). The button alone is a plus.

Anybody using these and liking/disliking them? Details if possible.

The same firing lag happened on my Kgo VV, too, so I'm not too worried. Mostly I'm looking forward to the extended battery life. I am a low voltage vaper, usually lock my voltage at 3.8 volts (6.5 to 7 watts on my Vamo). And I, too, am surprised that there hasn't been a lot of discussion about this device on ECF. Well, I'll either get it tomorrow, or gad forbid Wednesday at the latest. We'll see how it goes!

I have had one for a month and love it. Had been using using twists/spinners (and still do) but I wanted something easier to adjust while driving (lots of long trips for work). Trying to see & adjust the twist while driving is an accident waiting to happen LOL. The only issue I've had is that I have to use the USB cord for charging - regular ego charger won't work on it.

Nice device

My end cap came off only two weeks in though, doesn't effect the device at all, just looks.
You can crazy glue it back on if this happens.

the button is a little weird at first, but you get used to it, it also keeps firing for about 1 1/2 secs after you release, it's more annoying then it might sound

Is this the 1200mah? I have heard similar problems with the 650 (weird button, cap falling off, button-release lag), but not with the 1200.

BUMP because I have a question.

I charged this thing overnight once since I got it. That was three days ago. The battery indicator still reads three bars! I know it's a 1200 mAh battery, but seriously... is this possible? Did I get a faulty unit? It's still hitting like a champ, but seriously, it SHOULD be dead by now. Or at least down to 1 bar... Hrm......

You using it exclusively? I rotate mine among 3-4 other batteries -although this one gets the most use- and I probably charge it every 2-3 days (usually running at ~1.6A).

Maybe you got a 2400mAh beta version.

Holy shiznit, that would be awesome if that were the case!

No, you're correct, I don't use it exclusively and I do rotate it between four other PVs. I guess I didn't realize how long a 1200 mAh battery will last if it's not your only device.

So you don't think I got a faulty unit? In fact, quite the opposite?

Heehee. Not faulty at all. Vape on! (and on... and on...)
And I was joking about the 2400mAh, of course. But if it was possible in this skinny form factor, I'd be all over it as well.

yes I had one, the black one, loved it! dropped it a bunch of times and nothing happened to it except the silver paint on the bottom cap cracked off and it turned white. so I got some touch up paint from my car and painted it black..looked better. one day I had it in my back pocket and sat on it and the whole top piece broke off and the wires came unsoldered so I had to take it apart and solder it all back together and it was working like a charm again. Than I decided to add a new wick/coil to my T3 and it wasn't firing until I played with the center post and it worked again for a day or 2. after that it wouldn't fire again so I took it apart again to reveal that the positive wire came unsoldered from the center post and the rubber seal was torn and it was shorting out. resoldered the positive wire to the post again, made a new rubber seal with some caulking and put it all back together again..worked like a charm...the thing takes a beating and if you have some know how u can fix it. it finally died on me the other day after sitting on it again and popping the top off after trying to fix it I must have shorted the mother board with my iron and the heat,,owell,,back to my trusty old ego vv version 1 for now. Ill definitely be getting another one of these v2's as soon as I can muster up the cash and my vendor gets them back in stock. I got plenty of points to put towards its purchase. Its a great vape. I actually miss it a bit.......

I only got it 2 days ago and it's my first upgrade from a lookalike but so far so good.

My review, repost from hoosierecig.com

This is a great device. I really like the digital control for voltage. No more guesswork! Not as sturdy as Vision Spinner. Only 2 minor gripes; there is no indication for voltage lock so I usually end up having to try a couple times. It would be preferable that the display would begin to flash after the 2 buttons are pressed for the required 3 seconds and the display flash when it is already locked and the voltage attempted to be changed. (Read SLB.) The other is the USB cable supplied, it does not appear to be a full 5 volt cable although I have not been able to verify this. This is standard across various brands so no big surprise there. (Why all USB cables do not supply the full 5 volts is beyond me.) I use a 5/10 volt USB cable with one of the 2 plugs only (it is a "Y" cable) and it charges the device really fast! Using a full 5 volt cable also seems to help when doing "passthru" with a dead batt. I purchased it from another vendor for about 4 bucks, I did see one on hoosierecig.com that appears to be a 5 volt cable however. I give it 4 stars because nothing is perfect. Highly recommended. I will never use fixed voltage capes again! It would be nice to see a fixed WATTAGE device on the market tho. (read SLB)

All depends on your atomizer coil and voltage you are using both of which affect battery life, that being said the 1200mah can last up to 8 hours+ of actual vape time. New batteries have a way of lasting, enjoy it while it lasts cause it will decrease overtime:)
