Almost a month now without an analog and varying levels of vaping instead. Some days I'll count only 20 puffs and other days I'll just go vape-$#!. Seems that after a big night I'll find that I have a bit of dull pressure in my chest similar to after having smoked analogs.
I feel like I'm in phase 2 of my awareness about breathing in nicotine. Stage one was, Holy Cow analogs are going to kill me. Stage two seems to be, Wow vaping is waaaay more healthy than analogs but I'm still breathing stuff into my lungs-- time to start thinking about that seriously. So to my questions:
Anybody vape exclusively without inhaling?
How does it work out for you?
Do you still get a good nic delivery?
Anybody have feelings in your chest that seem to be associated with the ammount of vapor you're inhaling?
Do those feelings seem to be linked to the concentration of nicotine in your juice?
Thanks for your input!
