I think the same thing. I smoked additive free cigarettes for so long, American Spirits for 10 years and additive free Winstons before that. I don't think inhaling burning tobacco fume is good for you but I also don't think it's nearly as deadly as inhaling hundreds of extra chemicals.
I quit because I thought I'd save money and I didn't want to lead by example and teach my kid to smoke.
I like vaping, it tastes a lot better than cigarettes, but I don't feel better and I didn't feel bad before.

Smoke leaves some pretty nasty crap in your lungs, i dont care how additive free the tobacco is. I cant imagine how people dont feel better when their lungs clean up, unless the smoke something else, or just dont exercise enough to know the difference. I bike frequently before and after and the difference was pretty huge after just a few days. If you dont exercise and dont smoke, and try to run, its still going to suck, so i guess it wouldnt be noticeable

I don't know how. I am a pretty healthy person, not over weight, not completely sedentary, very healthy eater. I'm not arguing smoke is good. I'm just saying adding a ton of chemicals must make it a lot worse. But I'm telling you, for whatever reason, my lungs hurt more than they did before I started vaping.

You should feel better. I have met people that smoking doesnt seem to effect too much. Maybe you are just an exceptional example. However your lungs hurting is questionable, you may have an allergy or sensitivity to something in the liquid?

Also sorry i didnt mean to single you out, i didnt realize you were the one posting earlier in the thread about american spirits either, I was being more general about the title of the thread after reading it. I hope your lungs clear up. This may seem crazy but a higher mg and less actual vaping may help too. When i ran lower mg and vaped more heavily it felt like it dehydrated me a bit no matter how much water i drank
