Hi,
For me, those Janty/Joye price difference is quite reasonable as I have been in electric components line for nearly 20 years.
My understanding is to use deferent method of quality controlling. Just simple example, if there is 10K pcs finished products and one of them checking the condition 100 pcs out of 10K pcs and the other 10 pcs out of 10K pcs. This is very common way to reduce the production cost. Also they sometime find some of them the liability or/and output characteristic is border of OK/NG line, they sell those products with cheaper price.
To sell same products with cheaper price is not very difficult.
Of course 10 pcs/10K pcs sampling does not mean lousy products, just it depends on luck.
