Help desk tickets are the best way to get a hold of our support personnel. We check it daily and reply usually at the same time. IF we don't get to you within the same day it is likely due to us investigating your specific issue.
The e-mail listed on the site does eventually get sorted through but please understand this e-mail is subject to every customers e-mails (and the spam resulting from unsecured accounts) where as, the help desk system only has customer correspondence.
