An order I made recently is missing a juice, and all the cartos are broken. I've had terrible experience with other suppliers which shall not be named, but I've never dealt with Ben & crew at AVE because to be frank, they're always perfect at everything. I like to think this one mishap is just a fluke since I never see any complaints or concerns about them on ECF.

In your experience, how was AVE customer support?

In over a year, Ben has not left me hanging once. In all my orders there has been zero mistakes and nothing to complain about. Ben always answers support tickets even when I ask unimportant questions so please give them the chance to respond. https://www.avejuice.com/support.php Using the support ticket is better opposed to emailing because support tickets go through their website while emails can get lost.

Aloha, Keith

This is great to know, thanks! My friend has been using AVE for a few months now and his primary concern with suppliers is their customer service, which you have to admit is the heart of any company. He's never had problems and like you will idle chit-chat with Ben to great success.

I look forward to getting a respone from Ben.

Over the edge...
AVE is my main supplier. I did get an order of Flue Cured with NO flavor but other than that, no problems. I could feel the nic hit but NO flavor. Nobody's perfect. They didn't offer to replace it, which was disappointing. I just used it to mix with other juice, so no problem. Customer service score from me is 5 out of 10.

I have been ordering from AVE for about a year. There customer support is #1 IMO.

I had one order that was missing a bottle of juice over the past year, Stuff happens. I sent Ben an email and it was in the mail the next day. I will say this the order was a big one and I do understand stuff happens from time to time but other then that every order has come through perfect. I will always order from them. I think 99% of the juice vaped in this house is AVE :)

Just a plug for my favorite juice I love Havana Gold. :)

Thanks guys for the comments, Ben got in touch with me earlier this morning and everything is going to be rectified; my juice is in the post today. Really nice guy, if this were another supplier I doubt they would as accommodating. This is only my second order, although I've been using AVE products since I started vaping just under two months ago. From juices to driptips to cartos they are seriously #1.

@MXBNW

I've only tried Gorilla Juice, Boba's, Massive Choco Mint, and Kretek, but they're all delicious; my favorite probably is Chocolate Mint, though.

I entered a support ticket about the missing payment system and never heard back. I did see the ticket was closed and the issue fixed but no response to the ticket so I never did put in an order. With all the great reviews of the juice, I think I will have to put in an order soon.

I contacted Ben about the same thing and heard back the next day, I can tell you that you are hurting yourself by not ordering, boba's bounty is that one that I can always fall back on. Perhaps check your spam folder? Also, if the issue was fixed I guess I wouldve been ok with him not even responding but I did have another question in there as well.

The help desk ticketing system is seriously the 100% best way to get taken care of. I often wondered why a lot of companies only have one route to contact their customer CS departments, and so when I opened AVEjuice I figured I'd have multiple ways to send in concerns or questions, but to be honest I might knock that down to just the help desk system because it really is efficient. I never knew how many e-mails can come back as undeliverable until I started mailing out 200+ e-mails a day.

From my personal view though, all business aside in a way, if I could talk to everyone face to face that had a concern I'd be tickled pink. I have the best customers bar none (no kidding) and that makes it so easy to want to take care of everyone. That may sound cheesy but it's true. Internet businesses being what they are though the help desk system at least lines up a queue for me so I can set aside time to look at each one carefully and get back. An e-mail in-box can be a horrible utility to try and do the same thing with (seriously when you have that many e-mail addresses stored you get an amazing amount of spam in the in-box and stuff gets lost.)
