I just ordered some juice from there thanks to this forum. I kept it simple and ordered the Tabacco and menthol just to try. They seemed to have great prices I thought. Can't wait to try it after reading this thread and the positive reviews. This may be stupid but what do you mean by steeping? Is it just waiting a week before you use it? Again sorry for the ignorance. I've heard it around here before and thought I knew what it was but just want to make sure.

Steeping is one of those subjects you'll get about as many opinions as vapers.
But, yes, at its most basic, it's giving liquids time to mix fully. MBV (as many others) makes their liquids fresh when you order them so the ingredients probably haven't had time to fully blend. But exact techniques? Opinions vary. A lot.
I've been reading a bunch of opinions. Generally, I'm getting that you should break the seals if any on the bottles, letting air in. Some say take the caps off a while. Set aside in a cool, dark place. Shake once a day (with the cap on of course
). But how long seems to depend on the juice and personal taste. Seems simpler flavors like a fruit can be fine in a short time but more complex mixes can take longer. So you have to experiment to see what works for you.
Everybody says if you get a liquid you don't like, set it aside and let it steep a good, long while. You could like it later. I've got on like that. It's a flavor I just don't buy I don't like. It's going in the back. Try it again next month.
