Yeah was hoping to get it today, everyone says they ship fast so I just figured for some reason I didn't get the e-mail.

If I log into my account it still says pending though.

If I don't get it tomorrow I guess I'll shoot them an e-mail.

Their service that handles the order status and shipping info is a little messed up (bogged down with all the business they are getting). Chances are it shipped out. Usps tracking info is useless right now anyway. I bet you'll get it tomorrow.

Greetings e-Juicers! We are not taking new orders due to the overwhelming response of customer inquiries and purchases (a good thing), and we would like to say Thank you.

We will be back on Saturday, December 19, 2009.

The Last order, that will be processed, as of today, is order # 574

Thats what it says on the site... So, my order #441, is it shipped are they going to maybe ship it? Who knows.

Hopeful after they open back up they put additional addys and bats up for sale.

(a bit off topic)Now where's my PCC from cignot? I'm in North East Wisconsin and they are in Chicago I should have received it by now. (grumbles) :-x

I just got a response from them btw.. My stuff went out, site just wasn't updated. I also apparently chose the slower free shipping option. Too bad. I would have given out the whole neighborhood's addresses for faster shipping. I just thought maybe if you purchased a certain amount of product the free shipping would be the same speed as if you pimped your friends emails out since it showed free. Either way, I'm glad it shipped.

Just got mine today. Initial impressions. picture on web site shows round cartridges. box contained flat cartridges. cartridges do not fit atomizer properly. although you can insert them they are too loose. noticed button issues brought up by other members (sticking slightly..button up and down process not smooth). led at end of cigarette is brighter than the titan and joye 510. looks exactly like joye 510. other than that atomizer produces good amounts of vapor and if you do not mind those two issues it might be a good unit for the price.

That's freaking lame of them. Especially considering their other spam tactics so far. :nah:

Okay, I have to ask: I admittedly haven't followed every post in every thread about this company, so it's possible that I missed something, but it seems like almost every time a thread comes up about them, you're all over them like white on rice. You apparently have an axe to grind with them. Why?

Call it a preoccupation with the pattern. Once I saw it I couldn't un-see it.

Ok, you asked so here's why:
Because of crap like the above. Because every time I sign on there's a new "testimonial" post about how unbelievably awesome they are from people who often have < 5 posts and haven't even gotten their order yet (there's a post of a email from "jane" offering to trade links for discounts). Because people whose post histories contain almost nothing but SEJ mentions thread-bump them for no apparent reason. Because even though SEJ is registered here they never interact or get their own threads going in the supplier section - they just get their mentions in the newbie or reviews sections - and it seems like they get other people to relay stock updates and misc info for them ---all of which is a form of shilling. Because now I'm hearing they apparently trade shipping discounts for email addresses? Because they used shady confusing advertising tactics to sell their 510 clone. Because they took peoples credit card info over an insecure site and only shut it down once people here started freaking out about it.

And the kicker? Even though they encourage folks to post positive stuff about them in return for swag... you're not allowed to say anything negative about them in forums, according to their Legal page.


This stuff is exactly why people have to post 15 times in order to post links, right? What if this was Blu? Would people be saying more if they weren't getting a lot of cheap juice off of them?

It's all just very annoying. I've never ordered from them and I never would. There are plenty of other suppliers here every day, busting it to earn customers' loyalty and doing it the right way.

look, I don't mean to rant and I hate drama. I've been just putting my 1¢ in here and there... but when somebody asks me a direct question I answer it. Are these just over zealous fans? I don't think so, I think they're getting a good nudge. But whatever, I'm going to try to un-see it now.

Yeah, I ordered same day you did, opted not to share other peoples info without their permission, and as of today I still have no kit. Beyond the great price point, one of the other reasons I decided to order was everyone said they shipped fast. Hopefully this is just a Holiday season glitch.

Any suggestions on where to get a WHITE (must be white) starter kit for approx same price from a good supplier with good shipping?
