Story. I made an order last Monday 12/14. Today is 12/23. I dont have my stuff. I am also on the westcoast. It was nearly a 100 dollar order. Had to order somewhere else, which I have already received by the way. Still nothing from Strictlyejuice. Me? Out a hundred bucks with nothing to show for it.

Standard first class mail could take forever this time of year. If you don't have a tracking number, email them and they'll give you it.

I think it's just the USPS, I've had the same experiences from a few of my regular vendors, not their fault. We're just spoiled and used to getting our stuff pretty quick, it's the Holiday and I'm sure the business has been substancially more, we all need to relax and do the hardest thing for me...be patient.

Update: December 23, 2009. joyetech will be manufacturing the L2 510 from this point forward. And our first sets will arrive this week.

Cool beans! There other manufacturer must have been sucking it up worse than I thought.

Hmm, so wth does that mean for us that ordered prior to this? We're stuck with sub par product??

I got a half assed replacement order waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay late, so as to ruin the Xmas presents for my vaping friends, and well I'm probably not going to use them any more. They said they would replace my whole order, but they didn't. Just too much waiting for stuff that isn't really great, and no real gesture of customer service.

Im riding them out...so far I complained about 2 sets that were both faulty. Before realizing it, I had ordered 2 more, over the christmas eve and whatnot. I emailed canceling my order before they got back. Two days later, card was charged, and emailed my order was shipped. I was kinda perturbed, so emailed again, reminding them it was canceled. But jane emailed back saying it was refunded and that order is my replacements. So now Im hopeing the new ones work normally, and my money was refunded today. So everything seems it will be squared away with a little patience. Still dont like their juices much, but did like the espresso..will have to swoop some of that. I think I just dont dig the dekang nic juice. With strictly's espresso, that what you taste, is ONLY espresso...it was pretty darn tasty if you like strong flavor.Im still willing to deal with them some more. Once the dust settles, Im sure they will be back in business....and now I think I better try some double mint:p

Been trying to get replacement batteries after the new JOYE manufactured kits came in but my last 2 emails have so far gone unanswered. I want to think it's because of the end of the year, maybe Jane is is off but I'm starting to get very impatient. Jane normally answers in under a couple hours.

If I don't hear back from them by sometime tomorrow I will report back.

I also had an order from 12-17 that I still have not received however Jane has e-mailed me numerous times and apologized for the mistake and delay. I think they were overwhelmed with the number of orders over the holidays. ( all us bargain shoppers ) We complain about the wait but it is hard to beat the price. I for one am going to give her the benefit of the doubt this time and see what happens.

Hi all... I'm on my first day with this e-cig thing. I like it, but looks like I'm looking for the same thing a lot of people are- more vapor , and a filter that doesn't run out so fast. Does anyone feel like helping a super noob cut thru all the clutter on this forum?

Well I tried an order with SEJ and have no complaints about their products or service. I ordered on Friday, January 1st and the next day I received a notice that it was shipped. On Monday, the 4th, package was delivered and my order was complete. So far my experience has been positive with a juice order and I would definitely order from them again.

My 1st time trying anything like this out, after searching this forum, I came across this review of stictlyejuice, and placed an order. I ordered the black 510 manual starter kit, 2 mini bottles of juice, some cartridge filler, and a case for my 510. Recieved the items very quickly considering the holidays. But the case I ordered, was not in the package, and my 510 came with auto-batteries. I tried out the auto-batteries, and they suit me just fine for now. Contacted Jane, and she assured me the case will be sent out a.s.a.p.
Overall my experience with this company has been good. Excellent customer service:)
 
Just received my order from them today(1/4/10) that I ordered 12/26/09. I dont think that this is bad, considering the holidays and that I am in Ohio while they are in Cali. They e-mailed me updates on the order status, but I never did get a tracking number(not totally necessary to me but I like to track my packages). The 510 batteries I received are what I think (or have heard to be) not real Joye batteries. I have heard the way you can tell is by the led brightness. The knock offs have a more clear ash cap, thus making the led seem brighter. I have not used the batteries yet so I cannot comment on the performance at this time. I also purchased the Kona Coffee Vanilla, which I am vaping right now, and it is pretty damn good. Not all day good, but I think I will be vaping it every morning. I would give StrictlyEJuice an 8/10.
