Hi everyone, apologies if this post is slightly off topic.

I finaly managed to track down a vendor that offers Kabuki tanks in Canada (yay!) and am really looking forward to trying this tank out. The vendor however does not offer the replacement stainless tanks and Provape wants $30 USD to ship up here which is nuts.

HOH does not publish a contact email address and their phone number is for repair related issues only. I have not broken a tank (yet) so I do not wish to abuse their phone policy.

I registered this account to try and PM Zen to inquire if HOH is willing to ship spare parts to Canada but I'm under the 5 post rule and am not interested in spamming useless threads just to open this up.

Zen, assuming you read this, is there a way I could contact your or HOH regarding my inquiry?

Kind regards.

They're not SS but Spectrum & Bedazzle also offer replacement glass tanks for the Kabuki...and they both ship internationally for reasonable prices. :)

Ugh. Been the same here on the coast. Me no likey cold weather!

I recall Zen saying for others to contact their vendor to see if they will order or carry his products. Have you asked yours to stock the replacement metal/glass tanks? Could be a start.

East coast or west? I'm not a fan of the cold either.

I did send them an email so we'll see what they say. They offer the replacement glass so perhaps they would be interested in stocking the stainless tank as well.

Well, it's getting closer. Hopefully it will arrive later this week. Patience is a virtue they say . . .

I might be able to start vaping my P3 shortly . . .

Mayday, mayday I have a Kabuki issue.

I recently received my new Stealth P3 Kabuki - this is my second one. Suffice to say I was so impressed that I needed another :). I have had no problems with my first and was able to easily sort out initial concerns about some of the naughty coils no aligning correctly in the chimney - but with the new one I have encountered a problem. This new P3 was recently sent to my local vendor from provape so it must be from the latest shipment.

Anyway, it the base is not tightening down securely. I found with the old one i had to back turn and it would have a slight drop that must have been 0.5mm or something like that to seat it and then I would righty tighty to secure and vape. With this one the coil will drop almost all of the way down immediately on the back turn so it is almost seated, righty tighty doesn't get tighty - it will spin - I wouldn't say it spins loosely but is doesn't tighten.

As I said this is not my first P3 Kabuki but it is my first real problem - and it is just with this brand new one.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Has there been any changes to the P3 base of late? I am guessing my first one would have been one of the earlier production runs.

The ones that I received from HoH did not have ship with o-rings (although the steel tank I ordered did). I had already ordered the o-rings to make my own poly tank, but I'm not as talented as other members, so when Zen offered the option, I chose to go that route. Kudos to Zen for creating an alternative for which he wasn't enthusiastic. I believe it looks beautiful and my wife certainly likes it.

I'm loving the HOH o-rings (aka "OMG! Rings") and haven't had any problems with the glass as of yet. I do have one SS tank in storage, just in case.

The OMG's are marvelous though, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Nice & tight.

I agree completely. I've had no issues with the P3 glass tank o-rings - nice and snug. However, when I replaced it with the poly tank, the top o-ring would not hold the tank properly. The bottom o-ring was a bit more secure, but I replaced them both with new o-rings as I remove all of my tanks nightly since an earlier issue where a tank leaked overnight.
