Thanks for that was quite concerned reading that !
Anyway scratched off the security number on one of my chinese packs and the number was verified as a genuine aspire product !
46940851894070395256 is the number I entered
I have had the magnifying glass out and can see no difference between the Chinese coils and the ones I purchased from Creme de vape in UK
They vape the same as the UK bought ones !
At a loss really as my experience does not match the experience of others on POTV !

would not surpise me if they have batches from different vendors and got Authi and fake's mixed together which would make it a lottery.....
I was tempted for the price, but after reading the other thread I passed, authentics from FT are usually only slightly more expensive (about $7,50 with 10% coupon, which they have quite often) so I decided to opt for that route and be sure I got authentics.

@MsLoud FT is weird about Aspire products, you can buy almost anyhting in the store with CC and paypall...just not Aspire products...so the Nauti coils in the basket prevented you from using the CC.
If you want to buy Aspire products you have to pay for them with Bitcoin or with a gift certificate.
To get the latter you either have to buy something else and cancel immediatly to receive a refund in the form of a gift certicifate, which you can than use to buy nauti coils.
The other way to get a gift certificate is to go to their mobile site, and go to the "gift certificates" under your account menu where you can outright buy them.
Oh! Thank you for the info! My head just exploded...See, this is why I leave the paying part to hubs. He buys from FT and the sort all the time and I'm sure he knows this but I was unaware... I like being unaware

That's similar to what Kat said. She tried to pay FT with PayPal, but it wouldn't go through until she took the Nautilus coils out of her cart.

So today I stopped by a local hole in the wall convenience store I haven't been in since quitting the cigs, they have some weird brands of e-cigs and juice, but then noticed they had some gear, and ...authentic Nautilus coils and Aspire BVC coils! And they are priced very reasonably... Whoodathunkit!

With our government in its face even, the free market marches on.

Thanks, E. Good to know. [emoji106]

Saltwater, just a note from a 2.5 user. I love the Kabook on it at 4.2v. No boost, no P3, no nuttin! Just pure and simple and extraordinary vape.

I'm with you Kat, I finally switched over to regulated when I got my IPV D2 and have been LOVING my DIY Sweet Tangerine Menthol at 12 Watts (more like 4.4v). It really shines in my Kabuki :D

Hello everyone, Just got through 229 pages, glad that's over! I'm about to pull the trigger on a p3 provari and a p3 Kabuki from provape. I'm currently using a provari mini with Ibtank and smok cartos, but they are getting hard to find. I also use a Sophia, and love how it performs, but have grown tired of rebuilding it. Is there anyone using a Sophia that can comment on the differences in flavor between the Sophia and Kabuki? Is there one you prefer? One last question, I really like the looks of the classic provari but it doesn't have boost and wonder how that will work with the Kabuki and if I should just get the p3? Thanks in advance!
Hey Salty, sorry I didn't reply before now, but I'm traveling and haven't checked the forum until now.
FWIW, I've only had my Kabukis for a week or so. And, I was primarily using Sophias before this. My attempt at objectivity is this: same juice in a Sophia and in a Kabuki. The overall taste quality was similar, but different. The same juice was somewhat sweeter in the Sophia. But, this was also on a new Radius, so do I have wattage right yet? Not sure. I'm quite pleased with the Kabuki, its taste, the ease of filling, appearance...

I'll chime in on the Sophia vs Kabuki. As always with my Sophia (v1 to be accurate) I get a sharper sweetness with the vape, where as the Kabuki I more liken it to my Kayfun. A more rounded smooth vape. I enjoy both. With the same DIY juice there is a difference in taste. Same goes for comparing to a Genesis Atty...none of these are better than the other. Just a bit different. You get different notes from the same juice depending on atty, build and watts/volts settings.

With my order today i'll be up to 7 years of coils, provided they are all good of course.

Figure i should probably stop at somewhere between 10 - 15 years worth. Will have about 20 years worth of frozen nic when the next few bottles arrive.

Maybe i'll slow down with cocurrent flavours within a few years, at some point it'll just be back to kayfun most likely.

Anyways, years and years worth of simple vaping bliss in the meantime :)

Thanks guys, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be stepping down making the switch. I had left evods way back to move to the sophia and was a huge step forward. Left the sophia and went back to cartos, still love the flavor, but ran out. Couldn't wrap my head around the fact that a tank with disposables was what I would be going back to. Ordered a Kabuki and a p3 satin silver last night so the wait begins. I gotta feeling if they work as good as folks say, I'm going to have a few.

Salts, I somehow doubt sincerely you'll find this a step down. Different, yes, but not a let down at all. Congrats on a couple of superb purchases, and undoubtedly, you'll keep us posted? Please?

I seriously can't wait to see how it goes for you. Just do yourself a favor and start out low voltage until you find your sweet spot(s). Speaking of which, how many of you have noticed the new style cotton coils have printed right on them: 1.6 ohm, 3.3 - 4.2 volts; 1.8 ohm, 4.2 - 5.0 volts
Just curious, I don't remember it being brought up...
