Those Aspire engineers must be Art Deco or Steampunk fans or something. They all have that same visual flavor to me. Atlantis and Triton not so much...just..

<glances up>

KABUKI:banana:
But... At less than 10 bucks, the coil has the same wicking, feed, and vertical coil design as the Kabuki.

Worth a look for sure.

I'm enjoying one right now.

Perhaps. I for one had never even heard of HoH much less tried one of their products. I bought a Kabuki on the word of a friend after happily puffing away on my nautilus collection for years (I REFUSE to build my own). The difference was so radical I shelved my Aspire products and Then looked in to who was actually building these tanks. If technology leaps forward and a better vape is to be had elsewhere? Yep, I'll go where the ciggy-monster can't find me every time...
The only thing I knew about Zen was he made the Z-Atty Pro. Other than that I didn't know a thing about him. It wasn't until much later that HoH came into my radar & that's only cause I was looking for a particular drip tip.
When I saw Zen's name I was like....Hey, that's the ZAP guy. [emoji12]

Note 5!!!

I'm all for a trouble free vape. I've switched to the next great tank/rba more times than I can count. I went crazy for the subtank minis and have 5 that I use daily- the Kabuki hasn't replaced those & (for me) I'd rather have 1 tank I need to buy coils for than 5.

My next purchase will either be a P3 or Radius & even then I cannot say definitively I'll buy another Kabuki. Like those who love thier Kayfuns, I reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaally enjoy my subtanks.

Note 5!!!

Lets hope he is busy tinkering with an adapter to use the P3 tanks with a 510 thread mod.. he mentioned it should be ready before the end of the year.
OR, slightly AFTER the new year... I have MANY projects in the queue that have launch dates in the Jan-Feb time frame and this has been a CRAZY time at the shop the past few weeks.

By the way, I do apologize for not being around much since Black Friday... I'm in the "end of year" mode and I have several projects that need to be finalized in the next 10-15 days, so I've been with my nose to the grindstone. On top of that, I've been in a really creative period where ideas are really flowing, so I've been working on next generation stuff as well.

I have come to accept that I can't catch up these threads, so I'm going to pretend the last 20 or so days never existed.

I do like the Kabuki very much, but re-building of BVC coils eludes me, this tank can use the little Aspire BVC's, and when those coils are toast, I can re-use the no res- res- no res wires to re-build Kanger PT2 heads and vape away for weeks/ months on a coil with regular re-wicking...I'm in it for the best bang for the buck, and having stuff last as long as humanly possible. mY kabuki Nauti coils get recycled as well ;)

I came to the ZAU ZAP party wayyyyy late, but they are some of my favorite "night time" atties for vaping :) In house I really like them and always have two or so up and running...

How's it looking on those P3/Zen/510 adaptors? Nice to see you posting again Mike! Some of us wondered where you ran off to...

Anyone ever tried to vape anything thicker than 50/50 with a Kabuki?
I have vaped plenty of 70vg/30pg through mine without a single issue at 12w, as well as 50/50

I've become rather fond of these little suckers too.

It's just good to know all is well. Keep those creative juices flowing.

I hear Stacie's pretzels are great for creativity. :)

Zen, Busy is a good thing. Any possibility of increasing the diameter of the Kabuki P3 base. If it was the same size as the Provari it would be a perfect fit. The slight step between the atty and the Provi is barely noticeable but I do like the feel, in the hand, of the Kayfun 4 base. I know it would be a pain and wouldn't change the performance, but it would match diameters little better. And it would look and feel oh so nice. I put a Kabuki 510 on my first 2.5 with a Svoemesto trim ring and the transition between the two looks great. I'd buy another Kabuki just for that.

The downside is that it would make it wider than many devices, thereby taking it out of play of those of us who are not using it on a P3.

Unless he created a special P3 version, in which case, ishuddup.

I guess my question would be, what other manufacturer make a P3 topped device? The 510 Kabuki would stay the same, only the P3 would be different. It would fit a ProVari a little closer.
