Anybody Using A Kabuki?

I always buy my coils from FT, they are now $7,40 with code RMBBUST...already have 300 in stock...but may add some more...would be a terrible shame if they ran out and I couldn't use my beloved Kabuki's anymore...LOL

On the new Kabuki feature....my guess would be different airflow control...thinking maybe a sliding ring like most have...

But my hope would be an adapter or new base for the Triton coils....but some1 already beat me with that guess

And I'm just hoping that it's nothing I want.

I just hope that they are just as reliable as the authentic coils...

They are the authentics....FT also has clones for about $4...but they are hit and miss....these are the real thing...been using them alot..if FT states "authentic" they are, if they state "replacement" or "style" they are clones...I (and loads of others) have found they don't lie about that

Yeah. You can definitely chooses ones that state authentic, and pay a bit more (which we have).

I intentionally mix my coils together (unboxed, in a huge Ziploc). I've yet to notice any differences. I'm not saying that means anything - it's just information.

sorry but I can pretty much guarantee that will NEVER be a feature of any HOH atty. Knowing Mike and having heard his opinion of today's mainstream AFC's, it will never happen...

Of course I would! But I've yet to get a bad ONE, so your example might be a bit extreme.

I believe we tracked back about 18 months of activity. So even if I hit a back pack right now, I'd likely not care. If that trend continued, yeah, we'd have a problem.

But, based on empirical performance, that's tantamount to saying I'm not going to drive because I might get into an accident.

Idunno. I move the dial to taste (mod irrelevant), so both work fine for me. I usually order the 1.8's, but for no good reason.

And considering he states in the original post he had not changed the design of the tank it leaves just a few options...finish, material, tube, or bolt ons (adapters mouth piece etc). Unless threading does not count as a part of the design...meh...too many options!

I agree with you, k2. Zenster does NOT like the sliding A/F rings.


Turf, DPL and I HAVE used the FT coils, and as he said, even all mixed up in a bag, neither of us have had more than one or two bad ones, and most likely wouldn't know the difference between the FT's and other vendor's.

I'll take this one for our little team, and let you know how they perform (the cheapie prolly non-authentic ones from focalecig).
