(sigh)

I'm going to trust your judgment on this one, Kat. If you say we're trying them, then we're trying them. My Naughty Fate is in your hands.

FunFund it though, if we do. Please. And don't argue with me - you'll lose. :p
Brave man DP, braver than I in my little corner of the world :D

Congratulations, Rixsta! I hope you love it as we do, and welcome to Kabuki Land!

JUMA55, Zen~ posted awhile back about the Cisco Spec nautilus coils. His opinion was that the 1Ω was a little touchy, but the 1.5Ω and 2Ω are flavor monsters.

DPL, still interested in trying one out? I have to go and check the site for the care and feeding instructions to determine if they might be a happy addition to the stable, or if KatLazy would object to them.

Kat, wouldn't it be true that the 1.5ohm coil would consume less energy? I know I should know the answer to that, but after this week my brain is fried.

So far using a 1.8ohm coil with a P3 in 18350 mode with an AW battery at eight watts is working out that the battery is about out when it's time to refill the tank. For some reason I like that. I either want the battery and the tank to go at the same time or have a battery that consumes two tanks.

Hi Juma - Kat's off Tootling but the 1.8's actually get a bit better battery life than the 1.5's. The lower the resistance, the faster your battery will drain.

I usually prefer a bit higher resistance, and I simply turn up the power on my mod to where my taste buds tingle.

I'm still here on ECF... sort of. ;)

Thank you, DPL, and well said.

JUMA, I don't know why, but I'm so with you on the batt and tank running out at the same time. It just seems like some mystical vape synchronicity, and I LIKE it!

I would take DPL's suggestion tho and go with the slightly higher resistance. We have the means to change our heat settings, so it really won't matter all that much if you do or you don't.

DPLongo, thanks. I think I'll order the 2ohm versions.

You might also try one of each, to see if you have a discernable preference. That's actually how I came to the initial conclusion that I prefer high res stuff.

Some will say that lower res gives them better flavor. Since we're all different, I expect that it does (for them).

In my case, high won.

:)

That's what I did.

I prefer the 1.5ohm over the 2ohm coil.

YMMV.

FYI the 2 ohm is the only one currently available. I received an email from Avid that a new batch of 1 and 1.5 are in work and should be available end of this week or beginning of next.
