Who knew they'd cater to vapers?

I love this thing!
I'm gonna customize it a bit, to put little separators between my Provaris, cuz the "two per slot" situation isn't my favorite.
But other than that, it's great!
The slots are deep enough that the mods won't tip over'n'out, so that's a bonus!
And hiding all my build stuff in the drawer got me lots of points with my lady!

Good find !

Good find !
I thought so!

Before this, I was cramming everything into a similar type thing from the Container Store, but it was meant for makeup and/or lipstick, and it didn't have enough space.
This one was meant for other things as well, but it is roomier and the drawer sealed the deal for me!

Thank you! A ladies watch IS on the horizon because poor little 5'0" Stacie would love one, so I'm designing it!

Though when I say small wrist, I mean small like as in 5.25"

Regarding etched tanks, Bedazzled and Phiniac both make really nice etched offerings, and Phiniac uses glass that I provide to them. We put aside the slightly blemished tanks for Phiniac and "upcycle" them... this provides them with glass at below our cost, as it would end up in the recycle bin if they were not etching them. It's a true win-win.

I was more hoping for etched stainless steel tanks along the line of the Kabuki D'Elegance.

Apologies to @Zen~ , @classwife , and all others who were/are disturbed (and my personal thanks to all who were supportive). I promise to circle back to the track before this typing is done.

@Knifemaker - the comment I replied to, whether you realize it or not, basically said (implied, actually) that we were too stupid to know as much as you knew, and that if we did (know as much as you), then we'd agree with you.

If you doubt that, please go back and read exactly what you wrote, removing all personal filters.

My point was that we don't know who we're talking to here, and for all you knew, one of us was Mario Draghi. To make the implication you did was downright insulting. Was I snarky? Yes, I was. And while I won't apologize, I will admit that it was not the most productive way that I could have replied.

I was going to say that I'd bet even ProVape and Zen would concur that there are other fantastic companies out there, since they're likely clients of some themselves, but then Zen made the point for me - himself.

Love them. Espouse their greatness, and even make the statement that there's nobody better. But I'd beg you to maintain some perspective in the process, and certainly don't insult others who marginally disagree with your assessment. And again, maybe you don't realize it, but that's exactly what you did.

Most of use are here because we feel similarly about both companies. Nobody needs to sell us on the fact that they're marvelous to work with, from a client's perspective. And for those who do need to be sold, let them first ask to be sold, then provide them with as much information as we can, allowing them to then make their own judgments. And when a judgment differs from our own, we should respect that judgment.

In fact, I very much respect yours. And I would have kept my mouth shut if not for the, "If you..." statement.

We're all here just passing some time, and getting information about something that we share enjoyment for, which is often the only common thread running between us (all). We differ in backgrounds, in life-experiences, and in enough things that it's reasonable to expect some differences of opinions. There's nothing wrong with respectful disagreement, but the "respectful" part remains essential.

And in that spirit, I will attempt to re-channel my previous emotions into something more productive. Congratulations on your beta-testing testing, with whatever it is you're testing. When you and it are ready, I'll look forward to hearing more about it.

That's wonderful! Sadly, I have had exactly the opposite experience with Sony/Zeiss and Zeiss Optics. The oldest, and proudest name in optics. But Customer service wize, Terrible!.

When I was speaking of customer service, and companies caring for their customers, I was speaking generally. Not the Vaping world. Which seems to me at least, a cut above the general market place.

And speaking of Detroit, I am old enough to well remember the terrible build quality they provided us until the Japanese forced them to step up their game to compete in their own back yard. Shameful!

I hate to admit this, as it shows my age and stupidity, but once upon a time I bought a new 1979 Mercury Colony Park station wagon. It was quite possibly the biggest POS ever made. There's not enough time left for the universe for me to tell about all the problems. But one of the "best" was Ford had cut the alloy or whatever in the door hinges that after a couple of months they sagged to the point where I had to lift the doors an inch or so to get them to shut.

I struggled for two years before trading to a dealer for a Datsun 280Zx. I paid $8,000, drove it for 15 years and sold it for $2,500. Had to have been the best deal ever.

I didn't buy another American car for nearly 25 years. It was lightyears better but still not up to Japanese standards.

What section of the store did you find this gem in?
In the bathroom section, ma'am.
In my Target, it was near the bath towels, and the "hang it on the shower head" shampoo rack things.

I'll see if the label is still in my recycling bin, so you can find it online if it's not in your local store.

Found the link:

Clear acrylic version, if someone should be partial to that look:

You Sir are awesome. I looked up that link, went to Target and found it right on the isle it was listed under. Awesome deal for $25. I had to get a new shower curtain anyway. It works really nice. All my cased batteries are in the drawer and most of my mods fit in there nicely. The mods in the organizer are things that don't get used much so its a great option to keep them out of the way and have them handy when I want to use one. Thank you for sharing and posting this link!

My wife will definitely be happy now that my vape stuff is more organized! My side of our bedroom is so cluttered sometimes while hers is all nice and neat. Heehee.

Let the revolution begin!

My ol' lady thought I was nuts using a vanity organizer for vape stuff. Then she saw it in action!
Now she's eating her words, cuz y'all are so interested in it!
Definitely a nice piece of gear for $25, and it's so perfect for vape gear!

Out of the blue here, sorry to interrupt.......

I was looking at replacement glass at FT and found glass for the Diablos are 22x25mm and the Melo2 glass is 22x25.2mm. I wonder if these will work as a cheap back up for those among us that seem to be accident prone. If I'm not mistaken, bedazzle's kabuki glass is 22x25mm.

DP, sorry you feel that way. I have never implied that any one here is or was stupid. I learn new things here almost daily.

Perhaps you found it reading between the lines. Sure never typed it myself!

As far as companies giving bad service to their customers. ( Once again, I was talking in general. NOT VAPE RELATED!)

I could list many companies. The very fact that a tiny handful of companies were listed to rebuke my comment, sorta proves the point in my mind. Ever heard of a company with the initials WM? The have screw their customers, and their vendors for decades. And the Public, virtually unaware of their crooked dealings Loves Them!

Examples abound.

I simply feel we are fortunate that we have such Companies as Provape and HOH on our side. I've seen such sentiments here many times. But can't remember anyone getting flamed for it before.
Nevertheless, I stand by my statement, and will continue to patronize said companies. No one's approval here needed. Your milage may vary.

Yeah its amazing how well everything fits so well in it. They had a similar one in white but was set up a little different but I didnt like that. I liked the natural wood. I thought about getting some sealant or something maybe for it so nothing leaks and ruins or warps the wood. But I mean its $25 bucks. Doesn't get better than that! Kudos to you for finding that! If I had seen that prior to seeing your post, I would have walked right past it without a second thought. I took measurements of several of my larger mods to see if they would fit. YUP! No problem! :)

Anybody got the time?

Helloooooooooo, Zen. Good to see you back here, and thank you for the most informative post. I've missed ya in these parts, as I suspect we all have.

HB et al. I did have the opportunity to test out the Juul over the weekend. It's quite the little device, for sure. The 4 liquid pods come in some basic, somewhat muted, but tasty flavors, and the device itself is TINY. But it definitely packs a punch.

50mg liquid on board....... Not many were able to take a hit without coughing their whatevers out. Altho, some did take long hits on it (some MTL and some DL). It produced a goodly amount of vapor for a "cigalike", and was as easy peazy as it gets (totally automatic).

It is definitely designed as a device one would use for a few puffs (one or two) then set it aside. So I do wonder if it really would please the smoker turning vaper. Most smokers, I believe, do not smoke in the minor increments that would be necessary with this device.

I did not care for the hit on it at all. In fact, a puff or two caused me to feel quite dizzy and lightheaded (yes, more than ususal ;) ). I vape high milligram strength in today's vape world (15ish), but 50 nearly tore my head off.

All in all, I was quite pleased to have the opportunity to try it out. I think this would be a KA device to use with one's own liquid (and yes, you can hack the pod to refill it). LOVE the little tiny stand up USB charger!

Other than that, please know I'm stopping, relaaaaaaaaaaaxed, and far from worried. ;)

:toast:
i was so darn curious about that juul thing. thanks for the feedback!

The wooden ones are marvelous, HB. Only wish I had space for one. It's taken me YEARS to organize my vape gear, and it's still in process. But I'm pleased with the results so far.
