So, the deeming regulations come into effect on August 8th. I'm already hearing that shipments are being held at customs for FDA inspections.

One of the many unfortunate effects of deeming is that anyone importing vaping products is now considered a tobacco manufacturer, and will have to registered as such by December 31st this year: Section 905 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act - Annual Registration

This language doesn't make any distinction as to whether these imports are for-profit or not. It's safe to assume that post December 31, anyone who imports any products and ships them on will be committing an offence if they haven't registered as a tobacco manufacturer.

Additionally, anyone importing anything that wasn't on the market prior to 8/8 will be committing an offence.

We're currently taking legal advice as to what our position will be if we continue to allow co-op discussions after 8/8 (and Dec 31st).

Apologies for the lack of clarity on this right now, but I'm sure you can understand that it's somewhat out of our hands.

Kind of glad that my goal was to not need anything vape related by 8/8. I'd rather just stay under the radar from here on in, I'll buy coils as I need them from local shops now.

Yep ... my wife and I have been gearing / stocking up too. And to compound it we're in PA and will be hit with a heavy tax in October. Thank goodness for Provari's, Kabuki's and KFLs and liters of nic in the freezer.

I keep making small orders of them blister packs running RBA's alongside them disposable convinience tanks, them coils last a lot longer

Wish i could get my wife to think that way. lol but i have enough tanks laying around that if she can no longer get coils i can still keep her vaping.

I just got 50 feet of Clapton wire in the mail today and God knows how many replacement tanks, o-rings, bases and mech mod clones I still have coming from FT. I think I have 7 seperate shipments in the mail between Toronto and China.

This "hobby" got awfully expensive in the last couple of months, but still cheaper than the $7k/yr my wife and I were spending on smokes!

You have spent far too much time dissing me in the past, and now you want my help, and before I can do so, you are already telling me what you will not do. So to please yourself, educate yourself. You can decide for yourself if the search or education is worth your while.

The rebuilding vids I was referring to, were for the standard Nauti and Mini Triton Coils. There are also videos on the Rebuildable Decks as well. Not thrilled with any of the videos. But they did give me a reference point for starting. Then adapting the techniques for personal use.

As far as ignoring people here, I don't live on the forum. There is a life out there. And you have to admit, this thread is just about dead, in regards ot any type of useful info for quite some time now. The only time I see any real activity, it is either to put some member in their place, or completely off topic. YMMV

I may not have been crystal clear. I would be grateful for any videos that deal with rebuilding our current Nautilus coils. I've watched Rip's videos, and he seems to be using older/different ones than I have.
