Are these authentic Aspire coils. I've not ordered coils from ecig before.

Hello,

I have bought from them 3 times now. They sell both the branded "Aspire", and non-branded coils, so just make sure to pick which you prefer. The Aspire BVC Nauti coils are usually offered in 1.6 and 1.8 (if not out of stock), and you can get free shipping if you pay enough.

I am both happy with the service and the pricing myself.

Attention Kabuki owners --

ecig.com has posted their Labor Day sale which is 20% off everything in stock. That includes the Nautilus coils normally priced at $7.22

Get 'em while they last. $5.77 a box is the lowest I have ever seen and half or a third of what others are charging.

That is all --

Thanks GG - I just purchased a bunch of the Nautilus coils.

Great price, but they are not Aspire Nautilus BVC Coils.

OOPS -- see the next post. They have both BVC and Nauti BVC's at great prices.

I have a method to find them quickly. Click on the "Tanks and Coils" from the tabs at the top. Once there, click on "Coils" at the left and then "Aspire". The last time I looked this will give you three products and it's easy to choose the Nautilus.

Tried some suggestions, but since my Kayfun 5 clone arrived I've never had such good flavour from my daily juice.

Ok, quick update as I've been pretty much chain vaping since my Kayfun 5 clone arrived.

My wonderful Provari Procyon gives me the option to save profiles to suit particular coils/tanks/juices and I can instantly recall a preset profile to suit.

So, I've been swapping back and forth between my 3 tanks.
Kanger toptank mini with .6 ohm SS coil
Kabuki with either triton mini 1.2 ohm or nautilus BVC 1.6 ohm coil
Kayfun 5 clone with .5 ohm build

All tanks are filled with the exact same juice from the same bottle

Being able to swap tanks around and change profiles to suit each tank in literally seconds gives me the ability to do real time flavour comparisons.

The Kayfun is a clear flavour winner. No doubts!

Second and third place are too close to call, but maybe the Kabuki has a tiny edge over the Kanger...

What does this "prove" ?

Nothing in general terms..

But what it proves for Me, and my personal taste in vaping, is that a cheap, but good quality Kayfun 5 clone is as close to perfect as I think I'll get. (And if I ever get the chance to buy a genuine Kayfun 5 down here I will in a heartbeat)

Your mileage WILL vary!

No I don't hate my kabuki. It's a magnificent peice of "made in the USA" engineering, and I'm all for supporting that kind of thing, even though I live in Australia.
I paid a Lot of money for the Kabuki, and don't regret doing that because it helps to support local USA jobs, which is not only a disappearing industry thing in the USA but also down here in Australia.

But at the end of the day I gave up smoking by taking up vaping.
It quickly became ALL about the flavour and enjoyment for me.
Unfortunately the Kabuki didn't tick the flavour, and cost effective maintenance boxes for Me.

But I'm sure it does for many others.

This is probably my last post in this Kabuki thread, and I wanted to leave on generally positive note.

Thankyou to all who have helped in my journey as a relatively new vaper.
I've found my personal nirvana in the Kayfun 5 clone, and will Never smoke a cigarette again.

Cheers

Phil :)

Sorry to see you leave, Phil Bloke. I've definitely enjoyed your posts!!

Therein lies the rub... In my experience, considering that the Kabuki is specifically designed to function best with a tight draw, the more air you allow through, the more diluted the flavor becomes. If you're a former smoker and just pick up a cigarette and test the draw, it'll surprise you at just how tight it is. If you set the draw on the Kabuki to a similar resistance, you might be surprised at just how flavorful it can be. Of course this is all dependent on whether or not you enjoy a MTL style vape. IMHO if you enjoy an airy draw or prefer a DL hit, you've all but wasted your money if you've purchased a Kabuki.

That's going to vary due to personal taste.

I get my best flavor, from the Kabuki, with the screw set flush with the relief cut, iow a setting that allows for a tight lung hit, even though I mtl.

While I'd enjoy having such a large stockpile, I do not have the funds available to do so.
Yeah well, like a wise man once said, that Chinese rubber on those coils are probably going to deteriorate before us chicken littles will even get to our little stockpiles.

Well, Peter, it's kinda like this... I've have over 10 years worth and it's all been purchased in the last year so rotating what I've bought so far isn't really going to matter. But yeah, you're right, going forward, I will date the ones that come in from now on. IF I get any more after this...
