Well, Peter, it's kinda like this... I've have over 10 years worth and it's all been purchased in the last year so rotating what I've bought so far isn't really going to matter. But yeah, you're right, going forward, I will date the ones that come in from now on. IF I get any more after this...

I gotta bunch too. I suppose I need to figure out a way to rotate them. The only problem is I have a few stash here and few stashed there. I'll have to work on a better way.

Why? I've got washers that date back decades and are fine. I'm not saying they WON'T deteriorate, but I'm not automatically subscribing to the theory that they WILL either.

Willing to take the chance.

While not the same thing, I have a brown paper bag full of corks of various sizes that my father bought in the 40's for his chemistry set. They've been in a box in one garage or another since the 50's. Every once in awhile I'll go get one for something. They still "work." The bag is a little worse for wear, however.

I figure it's worth the chance. The worst case is that my timeline moves up, related to full-time rebuilding. I don't know that ANYONE is stocking up 20 years worth, but I'm thinking anything up to 10 is likely (I said, "likely", not "certainly") safe.

Like Gin said, I reckon we'll find out. Willingly and knowingly, I proceed...

I figure I've got 4-8 years worth of disposable convenience coils on hand, depending on usage. In 8 years I may not even be interested in vaping anymore. Post deeming I made an effort to use
re-buildable atomizers more and more, so them coils will be stretched even further. Maybe someday I'll be looking at a huge pile of coils without any way to sell them off asking myself what in the aich-eeee-double hockey sticks did I hoard all these things for

my threads on the BVC coils are pooping out before the coil does :(
Seems they are just fine one day and then shot the next...they become spin city
Did you ever try to contact Zen about this? You are the only one I can recall having this issue...

That's a new one on me too, ClassyLady. NEVER heard of it before. Worth a shot contacting The Man.

Sometimes I wish I could get the sheet stuff OUT of my head. Thank you, though - understood and appreciated.

I know (PT2). You sold her on the idea, and I'm liking it too. She and I are both looking forward to finding out. It will resurrect my beloved Cerotanks if it works as well as we expect, based on your recommendation.

Say, got any good spare glass? ;)

I hear ya, I'm at 800 BVCs and when my brain goes like, "Pssssst, HEY! It's LABOR DAY SALES TIME! You *need* to order another 300 coils Just In Case!" I tell me brain to shut up and have a Boge! Because 2011 is calling and they want their cartos back.

It's the super-low-resistance 2Ω SS version too!

I've got enough other... stuff to worry about. This is not even in the queue.

But.

I do have about 600.
