Anybody Using A Kabuki?

Annnnnnd it's back in stock...

Actually, they went back in stock while the sale was still happening. I noticed they were out, and I knew a shipment would be arriving today, so I contacted Vape360 and asked him if they could mark them as in stock so you guys could catch the sale price, even though they were not actually in stock. I knew by the tracking they would arrive Tuesday AM. I tried.

I'm glad my Kabuki Stealth shipped yesterday. I'd probably order another one and yet another P3, if my points with ProVape would mature. I have a bunch pending. I have to admit I fail to see the logic of making one wait a month for the points to be available. Sure cuts down on the impulse buys, I would think.

We're making the Stealth Kabuki as fast as we can... the CeraKote guy is slow as molasses in the arctic circle... And we get 50 units coated at a time... hang tight, they are in process!

Nope... The oven and application is a breeze... parts cleaning... not so much. The return on investment would be FAR too long for me to add that to my currently overwhelming list of headaches.

I have used Cerakote quite a bit on gun parts. Cleaning is the most important part of the process.

C'mon, Turf. How's about you and me, we'll go halfsies and try to reverse-engineer some 510's. With my technical prowess, I'd bet they'll be awesome.

I'm now sure how we'll work the CeraKote process, but I'm sure we can figure something out.

But there's a problem. I'm getting an OP error message. I changed the coil. I've tried it on my other P3s with the same error on each and I put the regular Kabukis on the P3 Stealth and they all work. How do I fix this???

Angus, yes, I went with the black button. And if the truth be told, I'd just as soon have black buttons on my normal P3s.

Welp, I don't have a P3 Kabuki, but I've had a similar prob with one of my 510s. In fact, just now the problem repeated itself. After much futzing the first time around, I believe the only fix was to super tighten down the coil. I have it working now, but lost a tankful in the futzing process.

Sorry, I don't have a P3 but on that model doesn't the bottom of coil contact the Provari directly? If so you could (very) gently pull the pin down a little on the bvc to get it to make contact. Just a thought…
