I bit the bullet, no pun intended, and ordered one. It arrived yesterday and it's beautiful. I had my doubts about the color, judging from the pic on the Provape website, as it looked kinda purply. But, it's a great color and a nice deal and I looked all day and couldn't spot a blemish.

I hope gin828 had a great father’s day and is enjoying his Kabuki. Those awaiting the P3 version, hope they have arrive soon.

My issue with the BVC getting stuck in the chimney was resolved a few days back. I have since ordered another 510 version. Very happy!
How did you fix it? Every time I refill I have to use a new coil and I destroy the old one getting it out

I see you just posted in the By Leo thread. Was going to mention to post there too. Billie is really prompt on answering things.
I'm an idiot....lol. Posted it in the correct forum. Loving my Kabukis but wanted something that was rebuildable for the NETS that I vape. Trying to get the calix to vape as good as my Kabukis!

Electronic Cigarette - Best Electronic Cigarette - Vapor Cigarette Aspire Nautilus BVC Coils (Pack of 5) *New Larger Wick Holes at www.evape.us

They generally have a very good price.

You can usually poke around and find a coupon to make it even better.
I've bought a bunch of coils from evape. They all check out as authentic and so far no duds. Price is good, shipping is free with a minimum order. And a 10ml bottle of free juice too. Why anyone would risk getting fakes to save a few pennies escapes me. If you get one dud in the 5 pak you're losin. Just buy the real deal.

I know how you feel, I use drippers and Gennie atties for my NET's. and sometimes when a Nautilus coil is getting on in it's time, I'll load up my Kabuki and kill that coil off in short order, but enjoy it while doing so :) A Kafun or Russian might be a good option, with a dry burn-re wick at each fill. I also still use ProTank 2's with aerobases, pulling the wick, dry burning and re-wicking at each fill, but those are a bit of a pain to keep up with.

I'm vaping Black Note Juices in my Calix and probably get a good 2 tanks out of it. Maybe 2-3 days if I want it to keep tasting it's best. I switched to Rayon though and it doesn't gunk up as much as cotton (it seems).

I dry burn and a quick rinse after a re-wick - fyi.

But I will say that the Calix really brought out the flavor of the juice!

I was holding off to see what the newest Kayfun was going to be and ended up with the Calix. I'm somewhat familiar with his products and decided to go that route. Never could get the hang of the Russian but I'm sure I'll try them again one day.

ive been wanting one of these (and a kabuki d'élégance too...) for AGES but missed the last batch...
I even wrote to ProVape to ask them when and if they planned to get more in...

...But they answered that they "didnt know" and as far as they knew there were no more planned for the moment!!!! :(

Thanks so much for letting me know so I could get an order in right away :) !!!

Thinking back I thought I had fixed it but it was not a permanent fix and continued. I had to use plyers to get the coils out which destroyed coils that were still usable. All of my early 510s eventually went to see Doctor Zen and they came back working. My last purchase the latter part of 2015 did not have this issue and it was only the ones I purchased when they first came out. What changed I have no idea. I bought all my Kabukis at ENS. If this is/has been an ongoing issue, I would suggest contacting HoH.

A couple of points with microscopic interest...

I decided I didn't have enough Kabukis (really, does anyone?) and decided to get a Mount Baker blue since they were done with the regular black. I'm eagerly awaiting Zen's latest version of the tank but wasn't sure if it was going to be released anytime soon.

Point one: For whatever reason, the blue o-rings are the best I've ever seen. I could unscrew the new tank by just using my grip. But the amazing thing is that after I filled, the tank went together incredibly smoothly and easily. I spun the base on with a finger and thumb. No leaks, either. I wouldn't have chosen the blue version had the black still been available but I'm glad I got one since the assembly is such a pleasure.

Point two: The USPS receives a lot of flak but I've always had good service. This tank was ordered on Tuesday (Mesa, AZ) and arrived this morning near St. Louis. That's using First Class. Yes, I was impressed even though I wasn't in a huge hurry.

And as an added bonus point, I have to confess I was reading the previous posts regarding breaking Kabuki tanks with a lot of skepticism. I broke my first one 10 minutes after I got it while trying to clean it and haven't had any problems since. In the 2 years I've been vaping I've broken exactly one other tank, so my sum total is two.

IN the time between those posts about fragile tanks and today, I now have broken two more Kabuki. Thanks, guys. Your voodoo is strong.

And thus concludes my contribution to a slow message day.
