DP, I've had my best results when I run the juice down the inside of the glass...and I keep turning the tank as I do. If the lighting's right, you'll be able to see the juice climb up the SS chimney without cresting it (and leaking down the inside). Let's you fill that sucker all the way to the top for more vape goodness!

Yes, it is advertised at 3ml. I'm a curious folk though, and take syringes to all my tanks. Try as I might, I can't make it come out to more than 2ml (with standard fill). When the coil sticks I can get it close to 2.5, but then it gets all gurgly and what-not, so..... 2ml.
Another big lie is the Nautilus caged tank, commonly advertised as 5ml. It is actually 3ml.
All facts here are verifiable with 30 seconds and a syringe. Feel free to dispute - maybe we'll have a "Syringe-Off" contest.
