I'm vaping 12mg at the moment, I tried 0 once, but didn't like it.
definitely takes some getting used to. never realized how much the throat hit played a part in all this. still 10 days nic free, and 50 days ciggie free. feels awesome. :toast:totally done with any urges for tobacco, or nic. the only thing i am feeding now is the hand to mouth addiction. PV takes care of that nicely. :vapor:

How does it feel to be free? Any huge improvements in mental or physical health?

i really didn't notice much difference because of the healing, and improvements i am experiencing from not smoking. mentally-to be free of nicotine? Priceless. :toast: and i am enjoying reminding myself that i no longer think i need my nic fix. still working on hand to mouth. but still having a hard time with the lack of nicotine drug reward from vaping. just kind of feels like a waste of effort. going to keep the PV close for awhile longer to be absolutely sure. or (god help me) start looking at RBA's. i hear they kick you in the teeth no matter what strength you use.

8 days now on the no nicotine train. a friend of mine tested me. offered me some nicotine vape from his unit. this Jedi did not turn to the dark side of the force. happily vaped on my nicotine free juice. :toast: according to the addiction threads, about 6 more days to the sweet spot of complete nicotine withdrawal. i liking it more every day. less drowsy today as well. don't even know what that was all about. still no stupid urges this far in, and 48 days no stinkies:toast::vapor::2cool::toast:
12 days, and i can proudly say no dependence on nicotine for the first time in a very long time. i really like being free. no case of nerves because i may be running out, or i think i need a fix.i am purposely putting myself in extreme stress situations (my best triggers) without my pv in hand . can put the pv down for 4 to 5 hours at a time without worrying. or as rev king once said. "free at last, free at last.". it feels great for other people who want to try. it is only 4 days to nicotine free red blood cells. it can be done, and i suggest as many people as possible take a stab at it.

Great thread. I started out at 24 mg 2 months ago and found it was to much for me after the first few days. I went to 18mg and have since cut that to 12mg. I can't vape the 18mg for very long or I feel all wonky. I still have quite a bit of 18mg juice that I went crazy buying every flavor of starting out. Have some supplies on order and will be able to cut that down so it won't go to waste. It gives me hope that someday I can be 0 nic too.

I started vaping 2 months ago at 18mg but it made my mouth sore and tingly for some reason. I assumed it was because of the amount of nicotine so cut down to 12mg very quickly. I went through 10ml at 12mg and then went down to 6mg. Was on 6mg for around a month and a half and have received my 0mg juice today. A bit crankier than normal but not half as bad as when I've tried to quit smoking cold turkey in the past!

I'm actually starting with 0 nic. I'm using patches to wean myself from the nicotene. Used them last time I quite and they worked very well. Relapsed a couple years ago and quitting again. It's the motion of smoking and throat hit that's killing me. Hopefully by this weekend my gear will be here and I can fix that.

I vape primarily 0mg nicotine. The oral fixation is there no matter what I'm vaping, so I try to keep it healthy. I'm always chasing after the best flavors as a result. On that note, if anyone can recommend really flavorful ejuices, preferably fruit and not tobacco or menthol, I'm all ears. :)
i find i get more flavor when i use the higher voltage settings. standard voltage doesn't come as close. hope not to be using the vaporizer much longer.

Tried the 0 nic Tasty Vapor juice for three days now, not a pinch of regret.
once you go to 0 permanently, no more FDA, Govt, Taxes- stress. total Twilight Zone. and by the way. after three days no nicotine?, your blood cells are no longer carrying the stimulant in your system. about 1.5 more weeks, and you should be past the worst of the nic withdrawal.

i have *just* bought 3 10mls of 12mg today. this will be my second go at 12mg. i started at 24 but quite quickly went to 18, where ive spent the most time. tried to go down to 12 shortly after, but i wasnt ready yet. i think its time. i think my ultimate goal is to just be at 6mg for at least some of that stimulation, and keep an 18mg favorite for special occasions. like one who occasionally endulges in a fine cigar :vapor:

Started off at 12, dropped down to 6 and then eventually to 0...but there was no throat hit for me. Tried it for a few weeks but wasn't for me, so now I went back to 6

there has got to be some kind of natural safe ingredient to add that is not nicotine that gives you that "hits the spot"... its out there, and waiting to be discovered
