In the month since I started vaping, I seem to have become the posterboy for vaping in my area. People who know me know that I've smoked heavily for 25 years and they've watched me give up analogs instantly in favor of vaping. I've ended up converting at least six or seven people to vaping and gotten them to order kr808's. I might as well become a vendor in my area. How would I go about that?

I knew of one person who used E-cigs before I started <Thanks be to the one true BOB, lead singer of "Dr Seus is Dead">

Since then I've told many people about it and have printed out my own "How it works" and "My favorite suppliers" buisness cards. I know know of 6 of us that use them, and I've just about got a couple more talked into getting one, (they take puffs off of mine frequently.)

Hard to know how many converts. 6 that I know oredered them, beyond that? Hard to say. Lot's of folks show tons of interest and want to know where to get them. I send them here, and then to one of 3 fav. vendors. (I take turns referring those 3 :))

I can say I've given out the ecf site well over 100 times, urging them to do some research, and to not let themselves become overwhelmed by the mtn of info available.

I have to believe at least 1% ends up buying a pv of some type from some supplier somewhere. And I feel pretty damn good about even that! :D

I have been showing mine around, but all the people who were curious about them were non-smokers. One asked me if it was safe to put a lit cigarette in my in my pocket. So I showed it to her. Most people in my town never heard of the ecig. Showed it to a pharmacist who was curious, but she had quit years ago.

Yes, I feel like an evangelist in the bar restaurants I frequent. My analog smoking companion just cringes when I start in. He is one of the few that don't care for the e-cig and isn't ready to quit. The bartenders and waitresses are curious and ask, so I tell.

I have converted my best friend - 1 person so far.

After e-cigs got me off a 35 year habit when ALL ELSE failed - I was so excited!! i entertained the idea of becoming a mini-distribuor and maybe making a small profit from those with no internet access or credit cards (which there are a lot of, in this neck of the woods) - what actually happened was I gave away so much stuff to those that wanted to quit, but didn't have the money, that I lost money (but actually gained something so much better - actually being able to give quite a few (so far) cigarette addicts their lives back) what a great feeling!:D So now I am in the research and information business - I have a list of vendors and info that have worked the best for me (I never believed I could ever kick analogs - have been on e-cigs since Oct '09) So that is my endevour now!!!

The euphoria of getting off analogs without suffering the usual withdrawals lends itself to proclaiming how great this alternative is. I think most people can resign themselves to being nicotine addicts, given the arguably minimal health concern in comparison to the 4000 chemicals and 49 carcinogens in analogs, and are so elated at being free of the urge to light up that they just naturally want to spread the good word, similar to finding a terrific deal or amazing show that they have watched or enjoyed.
