I started vaping in 09, and as so many of us soon find out, small devices really don't cut the mustard. I've been working my way through the device sizes, and i've finally settled in on my Prodigy V3, and it works great. Absolutely love the big mechanical lunker...

The thing is, we (generally speaking) get accustomed to the large form factor devices. The ProVari's, and Screwdrivers, the great Reo devices. The functionality takes the front seat to the form. We want the higher voltage, higher amperage, longer lasting... etc. The batteries get bigger and bigger, and the mods need to accommodate.

It's not till i sit down with the little pass through, then i realize. One of the things i miss, is the small size, the ability to hold the Ecig between my fingers. The portability, the weight, the ability to just toss it in your pocket (try that with a Prodigy and people will think you're happy to see them...) It's something i do really miss... Hopefully battery tech will advance in the next couple years, and this problem will go away.

Does anyone else feel that way? Or am i alone in that.

Do it like me I have a Reo grand and a P-18 for home use and on the road use and when I go to the bar or feel like it at home I use Bloog. Not a single 510 cartos or dual coil carto has come close to the performance of the Bloog cartos and even though the vapor is of course a bit cooler then from a standard 3.7v device you get tons of vapor and I mean tons of vapor from the bloog maxx fusion cartos and with a small mini PCC you can have 2 bat's in rotation and drink and vape the whole night.

I have enough trouble keeping up with my Ego. Don't want anything smaller. Also, the stranger the size the more smokers are curious about it. I'm now awaiting arrival of my 1st box mod and I can't wait. I guess the only thing I ever miss is the ability to clench it between my lips while I do something that needs both hands.

I love my Buzz's and Prodigy V3.1's also. However, if I put them in my pocket, my husband would wonder when I had a sex change and run scared that "I was happy to see him" as you put it.

If only someone would invent a cig sized ecig that lasted all day long for me and hit the same, I would be very happy. Unfortunately, won't happen. I vape 6-7ml a day. So until then, I'll stick with my big lunkers as you call it.

YES, I'm with you. I still enjoy an auto mini... for the short time that they last without fiddling. I still love my 401 and 901. I built mods for longevity and a juice feed for consistancy but I hate the bulk and having to push a button.

Look at the ECHO. I got mine yesterday and while it isn't a mini, it appears they have fixed all the common problems we had with them. 650, 1100, & 1300 Mah battery, Great auto switch, doesn't need a primer puff. 3 mil cart, fill by dripping into it, no inner seals to remove. It doesn't leak into the battery(I keep checking), or all over you, or the table. You don't need a syringe, paperclip, paper towel, or backpack to carry your supplies....
The auto has 901/kr808 threads. With adaptors, I have swapped out the components with everything I have and it works great.
It does seem to have issues with 100% VG and flavor but PG and blends seem OK.
I'm looking forward to one of the carts being cut open to see the guts.

If it won't hold at least a 900 mah batt, I don't want it. In fact, I just gave away the last of my 510 batts and my last PCC the other day and two of my last three 650 mah eGo batts a couple of weeks ago. I use 18350s, 18650s, 17650 5v, and I'm even in the market for a dual 18650 mod. The only thing I use my 900 and 1000 mah eGo batts for now is 2.4 ohm CE2s in a MAP tank and sometimes I carry a tank atty. I'm hooked on high drains and 5.0v ni-mh batts. - I could never go back to small form factor batts.

Maybe it's because I didn't start out with small batts. My first e-cig was a big-batt mod I traded for. I didn't try standard 510s for 5 or 6 months after I started vaping. I did use them for a while, but they always seemed completely lacking.

Not at all. I don't smoke anymore and don't want to be reminded that I use to smoke. And definitely don't want anyone to think I smoke. I like that my PV looks nothing like an analog. Plus the performance of my variable volt Darwin makes it even easier to never want a small PV again.

My thoughts exactly. The very last thing I wanted was something that felt and looked like a cigarette. I wanted to get far away from them.....not find something that looked just like them.
